Clearance, sale, and discount tags are all red which makes for deceptive pricing when you get to the checkout considering all the red “50% OFF CLEARANCE” signs
Also not only is the pricing pretty slimy, but my shoes rung up as full price at checkout, despite the sign being discounted
Be wary that if the sign says “not subject to any additional promotions” that it is excluded from the 50% off

They have a good selection and a variety of sizes and brands. I love their selection of running shoes. Their prices, organization, availability and service beat our local Famous Footwear by a mile and a half. This place has become my go to for all of my shoes now. I can't give them more stars because they were short staffed which made check out terribly inefficient. Also, we had to go back and make an exchange because the shoes we bought were damaged. But, I do believe this is the best shoe store for reasonably affordable name brand shoe options around.

It was my first time at this location. I ordered a pair of shoes online for pickup in the store. The shoes ordered were too small. The employee helped me find a similar pair in record time. She provided outstanding customer service. The shoes purchased in the store were fabulous. I highly recommend this store.

Great Employees! Got really good price for two pairs of shoes and a very nice cashier offered my wife tissues when she sneezed. Above an beyond, hope they're treated good and paid well.

I picked two shoes from clearance and apparently they both had the wrong stickers. One had a purple sticker with the correct price but was not the correct discount. The other one was not supposed to be in clearance at all but it had a green sticker on it according to associate. Manager tells me and I quote “this had never happened before” so I asked her so you are assuming that I put the wrong stickers on both of your shoes? She said I was putting words in her mouth. What then are you saying? She said and I quote “are you buying these shoes or not” Not once did she apologize for their mistakes. She assumed it was my mistakes after her associate called her. I was looking for a specific shoes online and it was one of their associate who even told me to look in clearance as it was not in the main floor. I have shopped at DSW for many years especially online and I never had issues at the arrowhead location where I used to go. I only took one shoe and left the other. Not a great experience and I was with my infant who was crying while I got accused of putting wrong stickers on some clearance shoes.

Associates input their own rewards information to steal your points and have them added to their account instead. Why ask for my rewards info if you are going to commit fraud and steal company money by receiving dollar rewards for purchases made by loyal customers? Contacted customer service and the representative made sure I knew he couldn’t care less. Attached is the receipt with the associates member ID if the company cares to look up this info and find out the name of their thief of an employee.
Won’t be shopping here anymore and will be returning my purchase asap!

I came in this week to do an exchange that I had purchased at another location. The parking lot was easily accessible and store easy to find. Upon entry I was greeted and told to take the return to the register. After telling her what I was looking for she told me she’d hold my return while I looked for what I needed. This location is large just as their other locations and a great selection. I found many shoes I loved, but I was trying to stick to what I came for this week. While I didn’t find the exact style/color I was looking for I did come close and left with another pair. The cashier was helpful and I realize after my last experience at another location when I wasn’t even given a bag that they only offer you reusable bags if you’d like to but one for a small fee. It was nice I was offered one this go round here. Service was great all around and I’ll definitely visit this location more when I’m in need. The prices were great for what I was buying.

Handy place to go. Large selection and sizes available. No floor help when we were there, but that goes with the warehouse concept. You have to know the general objectives for the shoe you are looking for.
