E-Z Towing & Recovery did me right. After being hit from behind and run into divider on 101, they were out quickly. It was 110 degrees outside and i had my dogs with me. I asked the Peoria officer if my dogs could cool off in his car and was told that he didn't have AC. After a bit, the tow truck driver asked us into his cab. I was allowed to remain there until my wife arrived. Several days later, I called to arrange for pick up of personal items. All of the folks that took me into the yard were friendly and helpful. And even though I was not allowed into the yard with my personal vehicle, they did have large shopping carts to gather my items. After having gone through so much, I appreciated their helpful crew.

Very transparent with what I needed to pickup my vehicle unlike other tow yards. They know what they are doing. Ron up at the front was friendly. My expectations were exceeded.

I got the best 5-star service from dispatch to driver. Best price for towing. Driver was on the spot before I got there with keys. He was very nice, fast, and showed care in his work. for any towing needs this the place to call. Wish I had gotten the drivers name he really was awesome.

I had an alternator failure leaving the track at 155 ave and Camelback. I was recommended E-Z Towing from a friends tow guy that was busy. I spoke to Daniel, explained I had an old Lotus and had no tow point in the front and needed a flat bed. He said no problem someone can be there in 35 minutes. Right on time, Ron showed up and then Marco a minute later. They said they do rare and high end car tows and not to worry. They both worked to get me loaded, then Marco drove my wife and I all the way across town to home. Everyone was friendly and professional. They took all my worries away. Thank you for getting us and my car home.

Needed tow through my jnsurance company and EZ was who they sent. Supposed to arrive in 35 minutes but after an hour wait I called and they didnt answer their phone and the mailbox was full. They never showed up at all & insurance sent a different company.

They were able to tow my ambulance with no problem, especially where it was parked it wasn’t easy to get to. Very reasonably priced. I recommend their services.

E-Z will be my first call from now on. Polite dispatcher. Promised to be there in 20 minutes. Yes! They did it! The tow truck looked good, very clean and professional. I can't praise the driver enough. Marco was polite and helpful. Compassionate to my predicament. Made sure I was comfortable in the air conditioned truck while he loaded my van. He got me home and dropped the van in just the right spot. Thanks again for the excellent service!

This review is for the owners and management of this company. For years now, I've watched your truck drivers being unsafe and very dangerous as they are driving past the imagine Avondale school on Eliseo c Felix Jr. Way. Each year their driving has gotten to be more dangerous and unsafe.For 1 hour during pickup and drop off, those cars are out there. I have dash cam videos off your drivers going as fast as they can in between the cars. Not even caring that they might hit those cars. Especially in the morning when there's going to be kids in those cats. I don't understand why they would even take the chance of hitting one of those vehicles. Speaking as someone who is also an owner and manager who also specializes in safety, I would fire all of those guys. The first collision that they have on those company vehicles is not going to be worth me keeping them. Safety first and bad attitudes leave it at home.You are going to regret not talking to your guys and putting a stop to all their unsafe behavior in your company vehicles.

My family and I were hit by a reckless driver on a Saturday in Avondale. My car was totaled. My family was transported to the hospital and I later learned from the PD that my car was with EZ Towing and Recovery. After leaving the hospital, we realized that our house keys where still in the vehicle. A friend drove us to the tow yard to grab our house keys and we called the dispatcher upon arrival. We were told on the phone that we had to pay 50 dollars cash to access our vehicle due to it being after hours and no one being there. I agreed to pay the ransom and as soon as I hung up the phone two employees opened the gate palms up, smiling and demanded money. Two employees that were already there! I began expressing my concern with paying the ransom with one employee as the other employee walked with my wife to the car. An argument ensued with name calling by both of us and this employee began using racial innuendos. (i.e “You people just want free stuff.”, “You’re ignorant”) My wife finally returned with the keys but now the other employee held her license as collateral for payment and he refused to return it unless we payed the ransom. I told him to keep it because we weren’t paying and he gave it back before telling us to get the F off the property. This business is not here to serve the community. They are here to take your money. Avoid this place at all cost. The get one star because I can’t select zero!Service: Car towing

Took 2 hrs but I was advised in advance of the delay due to big wreck on I-10. Everything as promised. Left vehicle and they picked up later and took to Wilhelm.

I’m a local business owner here in the West valley. Our only commercial truck unexpectedly broke down. I called EZ tow and spoke with Rebecca. She was able to quickly get the information needed to get a heavy tow started to the breakdown location.The driver arrived in less then and hour. (Drive-time) from their yard. The driver arrived and was very professional, courteous and efficient. They got us taken care of quickly and without issue. Not to mention the price was very competitive for the Phoenix market. Definitely our go to for any future towing or roadside needs.Service: Special vehicle towing
