Look elsewhere for a car!! I wish i could give them -0 stars!! They make it seem like you got a deal but they really aren’t looking out for your best interest. I left the lot without the finance manager Leo not proving me with my installment contract, I had to drive back to the dealership to get it and have certain features removed from the contract, the dealership acted as if they couldn’t lower the payments but they actually CAN According to Hyundai Motor Finance. It didn’t make sense how I was able to take features off and my total amount would decrease but my payments wouldn’t. IT JUST DOESN’T MAKE SENSE. Also Kurt Stewart the general manager said that the auto butler feature couldn’t be canceled but the contract says I had 30 days to let the dealership know and I may have to pay an application fee which was fine with me but Kurt Stewart did not remove it and I informed him within 30-days. The general manager Kurt Stewart is also very rude, he did not show any consideration nor did he answer all of my questions, I even sent an email to have my questions answered and I have not received anything. I had to go back to the dealership AGAIN but with a witness, because after I was finally given the installment contract a lot of documents were STILL missing from the flash drive. I informed both the finance manager Leo and the general manager Kurt Stewart about my missing disclosures that are supposed to be provided to the consumer was not given to me, there isn’t any contact information regarding who the loan is through and in the contract it says that the contract can be changed as long as both party agree, but Kurt Stewart did not want to negotiate anything that I requested. I’m very disappointed on how my credit transaction has been with this dealership and how I’be been treated. I just moved to Arizona not to long ago and this has been such a horrible experience dealing with this big business. READ YOUR CONTRACTS AND DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING A CAR!! TIP: the dealership is Power of Attorney of a lot of people’s cars because the dealership “funded” the loan by using your credit application!! They’re getting over on you ALL!!!

Great buying experience. The sales staff was laid back and applied no pressure. They were also open and upfront about the car, and willing to negotiate on pricing. The dealership was clean and well laid out.Everything was great from beginning to end. If you are looking for HYUNDAI , this is the place to go ask for Dylan . He is an awesome no pressure sales person. I went to other dealerships and my experience was horrible. This would be my first choice next time hands down. We recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Kona Ltd at Earnhardt Hyundai and couldn't be happier. We worked with James H'Oard who also previously sold me a 2015 Veloster. The dealership gave us a great deal on our trade in and everyone we dealt with was friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Bought a 2023 Palisade from Earnhardt and have been very happy with it. There was a wiper recall and was able to make an appointment for the day and time I wanted. They completed the task promptly. Their dealership went through a major remodel and now it is just beautiful! The waiting area is very large and comfortable. They also have lots of TVs for those interested.

I needed to get expert help and fast... Chris Hawks, the Internet Sales Manager, was just the guy I required. Test drive, financing (that beat my bank's rate like a mange-ridden dog), all the electronic interconnection wizardry needed these days, detailed and delivered to me in less than 2.5 hours! Heck, Chris even returned my rental for me. I think the best part is that my faith in the competence and considerate care for the customer is reinvigorate after having had a couple of tough years...thanks, Chris! You did me a solid.

It has been roughly six years since we shopped for a new car. Personally, I dread it, as most people do. A lot has changed in six years. We stopped by Earnhardt Hyundai last weekend to check out the new Tucson. Viviana was our salesperson. She was genuine and didn’t pressure us one bit. I explained that we had to sell our old car first and to get all of our ducks in a row before we could buy. They understood and didn’t bother us like other dealers did. After selling our car yesterday, we went back to see Viviana. Again, we never felt pressured. I told her that I needed to compare the incentives for both hybrid and regular styles, because we wanted to make the best decision. She was patient and showed us about a dozen cars on the lot and went with us on two more test drives. She was knowledgeable and best yet- if she didn’t know the answer, she would ask to get the correct answer from someone who did know. She was very patient with us, as our young son with ASD was also there with us. As crazy as it sounds, it was actually an enjoyable experience, unlike others we have had in the past. Granted, the market is quite different than it was six years ago and dealerships may not have the same wiggle room to negotiate. I would definitely recommend Earnhardt Hyundai to any of my friends and family who are looking to buy a new vehicle. Thank you, Viviana!

I had the privilege of working with Damien and Leo on finalizing the purchase of my Elantra! Everything was so smooth from start to finish. I had a few issues with my credit union’s approval and I decided to go with Hyundai Financing last minute. I was approved and picked up the car the same day. SO QUICK. Just purchased a BRAND NEW 2024 Elantra Limited from Jim Westrich. I would recommend going to him. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He had a very good vibe and gave me a fair price. I also LOVE the car and would recommend it. Lots of safety features and it is SO nice inside. I feel super fancy!

I just bought a new car from Earnhardt Hyundai and what a refreshing experience it was. There was no hard sell or long waits - just smart people who know their product and are quick to answer any question. Our salesperson Chris Hawks was soooo patient and thoughtful - anxious to make sure we had all our questions answered and even made sure to tell us things that would pop up later on that we hadn't thought to ask. The finance manager (Mike) was also terrific - thoughtful and patient and very knowledgeable. Great experience overall.

Stopped by Hyndai with no intention of buying but I ended up buying!! I walked around didn't feel pressured or harassed at all. Viviana was the rep that helped us. At first I was iffy about buying but she seemed so honest and down to earth with our options. She gave us the time we needed, answered all our questions. She did not pressure us and Gave us good options that where in our budget. I appreciate her honesty, her genuine smile and patience with us. I will definitely recommend her!!

Viviana helped me with purchasing my new Elantra. She provided fantastic customer service and was very straightforward with all my options, even showing me the price on every car in the lot to meet my price range. She showed me one that she thought was good value and once I sat in it I knew I had to take it for a test drive. I appreciated her showing me options within my price range in case I was interested. I went other dealerships prior and they kept trying to hardball sell a used car. Viviana kept it very clear with me on exactly what fees where included, the mileage, packages, discounts where I was valid for. I was in and out within 2 1/2 hours, with how busy they were I was so surprised how fast they got to me and took care of doing it to the fastest possible time. I am very happy with my car and the financing Hyundai offered!

Most helpful service I've ever received from a dealership. I usually get told I need a costly inspection/replacement but Robert S. broke down what to consider for the next visit and how to accomplish it in stages if that would help. He even explained a few options for resolving my concerns about my Tucson. Not a normal experience for me, so I was pleasantly surprised and grateful the company has employees who work for the customer and not against them. Great job Hyundai.
