Poor customer service. Contacted the Corporate office regarding Robert the store manager and the driver(s) parked in the handicapped spots in the parking lot. FedEx seems to think the handicap spots double as their loading zone. The manager told me it was private property and they could do whatever they wanted, too bad and to leave their store. I have contacted their Corporate office to complain and will file a complaint with the DOT as well.

The manager here has a horrible attitude. I only went here because USPS was Closed. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this location deserves it for their bad service and for not able to control your attitude as a manager.

Very poor customer service. I walked into the store & received no greeting whatsoever, even though some employees weren't even helping customers. I went and used the self service printing & was there for about 10 minutes. During the whole time I was there, not one employee said a word to me. Yes, the printing is convenient, but it's kind of pricey. I won't be back due to lack of customer service and pricing.

The associate, Cassandra was extremely rude. She acted as if I irritated her the whole transaction. She debated everything I said when I was just trying to gain understanding. I was using The company account to send back two computers and two monitors. I needed insurance on both computers and both monitors, but Cassandra explained that I would only need insurance on the monitors because FedEx only sees the monitor as an actual towel is not considered a computer. I was just trying to get the right type of coverage as I was instructed to do so and she kept dismissing my request and telling me that that's not what I needed when all I wanted her to do was just follow my request. Finally, I asked her to not require a signature and upon looking at my receipt she required direct signature. It was so terrible and her manager Caren was right there and didn't offer any assistance or direction whatsoever. I had two more transactions and asked to be helped by someone else because clearly she was feeling some type of way and needed a break.
