I can’t say enough good things about my experience at the FedEx on Dysart Road in Goodyear. Jonah and Tony went above and beyond….not only did they take on a print job that should’ve taken 3+ hours, but they got it done quickly and even helped with pickup, just so I didn’t have to stress about it.
On top of their immaculate service, they were genuinely kind. We had a great conversation that truly made me smile during a stressful day and reminded me how much of a difference great customer service and good people can make.
Thank you both for turning a chaotic day into a positive one. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

I had a frustrating experience with customer service. When I picked up my package, I felt like I was treated like a thief. While speaking with the FedEx attendant, he walked away and started working on another task, forcing me to get his attention to complete my request. He asked for my ID twice, and even though my package was clearly labeled on the side indicating that it should not be handled carelessly due to fragile items inside, it was sitting on the side. If there is any damage, it should be fairly shared between the vendor and the carrier. Despite the website rating it over four stars, the actual Google reviews hover between two and three stars. Hopefully this gets addressed soon...

I was here 6/4/25 at 4:30pm. There was 2 gentlemen at the front counter. One clearly did not wanted to help me out and the other one got mad cause I did not know the proper name for a particular item. I have gotten to other FedEx offices on:
9925 w McDowell rd (Avondale)
And
1060 s watson (Buckeye)
The people at those locations are much nicer and way more professional! I do not recommend this location.

I tried to drop off a package that the seller mistakenly sent me. I didn’t touch the box except put a new label on it. The box looked fine however this location would not accept it and was trying to charge me $40 for a new box because they said the box was “too damaged.” I drove to the next nearest location and they accepted it without any comments or questions. Based on other reviews it looks like this is an ongoing issue with this location.

Horrible service, expect them to try and get you to purchase their expensive boxes and them to say nothing meets shipping criteria. If u go here, make sure to use self service and drop box.

Very disappointed. The employee (didn't get her name, long nails curly hair) who helped me was rude and unhelpful. I work for a large company that has a FedEx account, and I’ve never had to pay for shipping materials with a personal card—until today. I explained this several times, but instead of trying to resolve the issue or offer a solution, she basically gave me no choice but to pay out of pocket.
I know management will see this, so here’s my message: fix this issue. I still have to use this location regularly for work, and I expect better service. Your employee was not only unprofessional but failed to do their job.

The staff here is extremely dismissive and it seemed like they were avoiding any kind of interaction with customers. I came in to send a package back to its original sender and without even being able to explain my situation. They kept telling me, without allowing me to explain why I was there, to go scan my package at the self directed scanner up front. Just take the time to drive to another location, you’ll be glad you avoided this one.

I wiill not go back to this store again. Their priority is upselling not helping thier paid customers. I had a tear in the box of a return which was purely cosmetic. This is the way FedEx delivered the package and I didn't even open it. Without inspecting the box, the cashier stated that the box was damaged and they wouldn't take it unless I bought a new box from them. Instead, I went to the location on 99th and Mcdowell and they took the box without hesitation.

Every time I drop off a prepaid package at this FedEx store, I get hassled with unnecessary questions about what’s inside, even when it’s properly sealed and labeled. It feels more like an interrogation than a routine drop-off. I’d recommend going to another location for a smoother experience.
