I had a complicated shipping issue involving a return and Tony was wonderful helping me figure it out and getting my shipment all taken care of for less cost than I had anticipated. I will definitely visit this location in the future

Customers NEED to understand that EVERY company or store you walk into has its own policies. Fedex has protocol on how to ship packages . It is not a team members fault for following their own policies . A customer who does not get what they want just decides to be rude to those working . STOP thinking youre always right . Understand how businesses work .

The petite Hispanic man that works there is the absolute rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. The other employees aren’t much better. When you walk in absolutely no one greets you. It’s like you are inconveniencing them just by trying to ship something. Isn’t this what your business does? Go to the location on McDowell where they treat you with respect.

We usually use FedEx for printing out drawings, etc. That changed today. Went in to print drawings and was having issues with the plot printer. I went to counter for assistance and was totally ignored by the counter person Melinda. I finally asked her if there was someone who could help me. She answered “no, I’m the only person here, what is the issue?” I almost left and went UPS at that moment and I let her know. At this point she decided she had time to assist me. I understand being short handed but it is no reason to have an attitude towards paying customers. I will be taking my business to UPS or OfficeMax going forward.

Was denied service for returning a item that ARRIVED damaged and then was told I'll have to pay for repacking. EVEN THO IT WAS PACKED SECURELY AND REPAIRED. Worker name was Melinda

I had the worst customer service experience at this fedex. I brought in a packaged envelope to return a phone to Samsung (tradein). Staff member Tony proceeded to start taping it, then asked what I was sending. I stated I am returning a phone. Tony stated my phone needed to be in the original shipping packaging. I explained my phone is 2 years old and I don't keep shipping packaging. Tony stated that he keeps his packaging and that's very common. I asked, is the only way I can ship the phone is in the original package? He said yes or you can purchase a box here. I called Samsung and asked what kind of packaging was required to send my phone back. I was told the original packaging was not required and it was up to me to choose the packaging. Tony refused to take my package and then stated it had to be in a box and not moving. He then offered to sell me a box for $11. ? UPS is my go to, I have never had this type of problem with them. #GoUPS
