Very, very poor customer service. 3 people working front counter. Standing waiting to be acknowledged. Nothing for at least 10 min! 3 phone calls and a customer at the counter, then FINALLY!
Just absolutely bad customer service. A simple “Hi, be right with you”. would work wonders.
Please train your employees better!

Avondale store
Staff did not know what I was looking g for even though I gave the the brand of air governor and part number. Had to drive to Phoenix Fleet Pride to get knowledgeable service

Broke down near by and needed a starter. Called and spoke to Tony. He pulled the order easily and was courteous and to the point. When I arrived Kendra greeted me and was very attentive throughout my visit. Even helped me charge my phone for a bit. Had a great experience from Tony on the phone and Kendra with her above and beyond service.

After driving around from auto parts to auto parts. We were able to locate the part we needed at Fleet Pride. They have a huge inventory and great prices. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable.we were able to find the headlight we needed for our Mac MD 2023.

These guys were amazing. I drive a semi truck and I had a light go out. I was on my way to Texas three states over I wasn’t gonna get a ticket. I was looking all over Phoenix for part call the Fleetpride and they had it in stock, though they didn’t have parking, but they did have great service fast. Thank you guys.

Friendly people great staff very helpful and efficient And if they don't have what your looking for in stock they'll try to get it here next day or within the week unless the main warehouse has it they'll give you a part number and let you head over.

Horrible customer skills. Sat on hold for over 15 minutes. Called back and was send straight to hold, with no answer. Ended up going to Kalpatrz on 7th. Who have far superior customer service skills and got me taken care of quick and efficiently.
