My son purchased a $25.00 Apple gift card from Fry's Food store for me his Father for Christmas. I live in Illinois, when I went to redeem it didn't work. That lead to a month of back and forth with Apple and Fry's. I called apple they said I had to take it back were it was purchased. That was Fry's foods. Fry's food said they don't take back gift cards, I had to deal with Apple. Apple had me download a copy of gift card and serial number and receipt. I did all that and haven't heard from them. So I contacted them today. I have typed all these numbers in at least 20 times. talked to a half dozen people at Apple and they said send another copy of receipt. they couldn't read enough. After all this she finally explained that they don't refund third party gift cards. I said that neither company is responsible why don't you say this a month ago. I don't want this $25.00 to break the company. All they both had to say was your screwed stop bothering us and continue to give us your years of great service. Thanks Gary Weber

Shame on Frys, for allowing pets into their grocery store at this location. Dont get me wrong, i absolutely support service animals, but people please dont bring your pet to the grocery store. I brought it to the managers attention, some lady had her dog tucked in her coat, and bringing a pet into a grocery store is a health code violation.Laws and regulations restrict the presence of animals in businesses that prepare, sell or serve food. Manager did nothing, If patrons have service animals,Service Animals Must Be Under Control. And carrying your pet in your coat clearly indicates it's not a service animal.A service animal must be under the control of its handler. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless the individual’s disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal’s safe, effective performance of tasks. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. So since manager not willing to act, I reported it to the Maricopa country health department.

Great clean store, I found that any staff working was friendly, professional and helpful, ESPECIALLY the manager, my motorcycle had broken down, I was kinda stuck in this location during evening hours, they were totally understanding and let me hang out till someone could pick me up, and when no one could come till next morning, I slept at the nearby park n ride, came in the morning to this same store, again, nothing but friendly helpful concerned workers. I was so amazingly impressed and grateful. Excellent store. Kudos!!!!

This place has hit skid row. Confirmed because they have locked doors on their bathrooms now. No carts ever on the inside of the store. Grab one on the way in. Stockers usually littering the isles during high volume traffic times. Stock at night, that's just grocery store etiquette. 1 Lane open, store full of customers, line wrapped around like you are at Wally World. 2. Self checkout would be nice if there are carts available to receive bagged items. Should I push two carts around? 3. Deli zip lock baggies. The sticker is over the zipper. No matter how hard or what you do, the baggie is so cheap it tears lifting the sticker, or if you are able to peel it up from the baggie, the zipper will snag and rip the bag. Cheap, cheap and embarrassing. 4. Fry's used to have the best veggies and fruits. It's best to shop at Food City for better produce. Used to be the opposite. What has changed? Greed.
