The cashiers are the rudest ever, they’re make a HUGE deal about every single individual having their ID only to not even check everyone’s just making a huge deal out of nothing cause they’re on a power trip working the register. It’s not that serious didn’t know I was entering city hall coming here lol DO NOT RECOMMEND!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Usually I go in and out to buy things, but I needed the customer service desk. I knew it was going to be a bad experience when The goofy guy who’s working “customer service desk” on Friday 2/2/24 in the morning with glasses and unkempt long hair instead of greeting melooked at me and huffed and puffed, this is unprofessional and truly doesn’t deserve to be at that position didn’t want to do a western union order when I’ve done this several times at this location. Definitely will shop less here with that experience.

Generally, speaking, I don’t expect great experiences from your average grocery store to begin with, but these folks go above, and beyond to make themselves stand out as terrible. I understand the grocery is difficult, I worked in an industry for quite some time, eventually becoming a regional Director. I don’t know what ever happened to Fry’s, but they are no longer holding people to the standards that they used to. Store 66 is an abomination, whether it’s blown out shelves with full storeroom, buggies, littering, everything or the absolute lack of leadership, it be very difficult to pinpoint , one thing that’s causing the store to be what it is. I understand busy stores require some tolerances, but this isn’t exactly a busy store. There are many valley, Fry’s stores that beat the brakes off of this store in every single category and they run a much better operation . Most recently, with my hands full of groceries, I secured an empty cart that was loose by the pharmacy. A very short employee wearing a road guard vest came up to me while I was walking away with my items in the cart and said “him, excuse me that’s my cart, and I need it. I looked, and they were not wearing a name tag, they had just come from a back office room. She said again, that card is mine and it’s not for the customers. That’s the kind of Customer Service that really wins them over, right? As much as I want to stay loyal to accompany that treated me very well, This is not the Kroger that any of us used to know. Someone needs to explain Customer Service to the folks at this store. it’s severely disappointing, being a former exec and having to go to Albertson’s to get my groceries.

If there was a 0 that would be #. Went there to spend $200.00 . First veg & fruit were limited. I wanted fish none . The meat expired in 1 day . The shelf’s were empty. The store was dirty . Then I had to ring up my own food plus bag it . I told a man there he called SAM manger ! That was a joke . She finally can out and told me I only have 1 cashier. But yet she and another women in the office. Wow . She would have been on register. So this was Saturday. People waiting in line with 2 & 3 items . It was a good store 1 year ago . I will Never be back . Signed unhappy customer. Been a customer for 35 years and more . With $$$$ every week .

Sam (manager) was yelling at a bagger on a Saturday afternoon in front of a busy store of people. There is no need to yell at the top of your lungs to your employees. Super rude and unprofessional. The bagger still held a positive attitude and told me to have a great day, i wasn’t able to catch his name though.

There’s really nothing wrong with the store it’s more the customers. It’s sad when you see customers treating employees so poorly. I don’t know how the staff keep smiling. It’s also strange seeing security at the front door. The area isn’t bad at all but this store is a strange little pocket of a bad neighborhood. The parking lot is also a mess I’ve seen so many near accidents.

These pineapples were on sale this week. No wonder why!! Every single time I buy produce at this mf grocery store, every single time!! I bought 2 pineapples, and both went straight to the garbage! This company doesn't care about quality and customer service, THEY SELL GARBAGE!! THEY HAVE NO SHAME STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE! DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE, ESPECIALY PRODUCE!!! SERIOUSLY, STAY AWAY FROM FRYS!!

The store is over all clean, nice, most of the workers are great, I have it a few chances before writing this, I do a lot of instacart shopping here, and I hate to be this guy but after 3 separate instances it’s no longer me just “trippin” I always go through self check out, as I know how I organized the card, and check every item out (I get paid according to the order) on every occasion the older worker ladies might as well been scanning the items for me, I damn near felt there breath on me on how close they were to me, while I’m doing the order she tells me I need to go to a register next time, as self check it is apparently for 10 items or less and I’m hold up the line, (self check out is not for 10 items or less, and if I went to a register I would’ve held up that line as well) as soon as I left I watched a little longer, and magically she didn’t feel the need to stand next to any of the other people that came after me at any point in the next 10-15 mins lol (All just happen to be white people), 2 other occasion happen just about the same, the latest one was with a darker skinned lady (worker), self check out again, this time only 3 items, again she pretty much should’ve check out the items for me, held my hand, bagged the items, shoot she could’ve swiped my card for me, only one other person was there, (unfortunately a white person) then right after me an older white lady came used the same machine I did, and the lady didn’t ever take a step towards her at all, she stood clear across o the other side of the self check out. I understand they have a job, to make sure things are being scanned, I get that an I’m okay with that, but 3 items, breathing down my neck? Making up lies, and then just being so super obvious about discrimination because I’m a younger Mexican man. It’s disgusting to see, I gave it a few chances to make sure I wasn’t over reacting but yeah no, do better Safeway. Not once have I acted in a suspicious way, or never not paid for an item, it’s kills me being in 2023, being in a such a decent/nicer area, and this still going on, I’ll still do order here, if they come up, I guess next time I’ll just get the number to corporate or someone higher up then what the store could provide there. Just want to add the First Lady this happened with, we had a great conversation and she even helped me or pretended to be nice, her name was sherice or something boring/Generic, along those lines.

Bought two roasted chickens and they are completely raw. I would post pictures of I could. We had to put them in the oven to finish cooking. So much for something quick!

Poorly lit parking lot. Shopping carts not maintained & never by the door. Grab one in the parking lot if you can find one. Store is dark with lack of choices. Stocks mostly junk type food choices. A really sad shopping experience. Meat counter is a joke and the people behind it hostile. Deli is the only good thing going on.

I just want to give some recognition to one of your employees that works at night name JP he is awesome. I lost my keys in the store. He help me find them. They didn’t have milk he went checked in the back got to my car. I dropped my food. He helped me put it in my car. He is awesome very well mannered and I recommend him for a ploy of the month, thank you

I don't know what is going on at this Fry's. They are always out of things and have stopped carrying many things. You see empty shelves everywhere. They have also begun making some items only available to you if you have them delivered. I thought it was due to Covid-related supply issues, but it has never improved and the other Fry's further away don't have this issue. I just reached my last straw with this location, it is too frustrating to deal with. I would rather drive farther to another Fry's and come home with what I need, than drive less and come home without things constantly.

This is by far the worst fries i've ever shopped. On a Friday night customer service with 8 people in the line. I stood in line for 20 minutes with the same 2 people at the counter. No help came no courtesy came the worst experience i've ever had a fries.. Do not shop here the customer service totally sticks
