I LOVE the pharmacist here! He was such a sweetheart and so caring! I made a mistake and had my mom’s meds sent to another store, I had my two who are under two, I was tired and sweaty from running around with them and from the time to price, he was so transparent and helpful with straightening the situation out. Give that lovely man a raise! That’s what good customer service is all about because most pharmacists don’t even bother!

the rudest ppl work at this pharmacy. there has only been one nice guy there. tall skinny older gentleman wish i got his name. every else is horrendous. go find a new job if you dont want to be in customer service.

Came here for the first time today and the pharmacist was so kind and nice and helpful. The other customers addresses him as “hi Steve ! “ clearly everyone appreciates his patience and thoroughness talking about your prescription. First time I have ever felt like a pharamacist cared about my questions on a prescription.

I came in to grab deli meat and the much much older short thinner lady (not hating just describing ) helped the person ahead of me and I patiently waited my turn. I had a smile on my face as I always do when talking to anyone. She approaches me when it's my turn and just gives me a dirty angry look, you know the one, ( why do I have to wait on youuu?). That one. So I continue to smile thinking she will say HELLO, or HI or HOW CAN I HELP YOU? But no. That didn't happen. After the dirty look I get the most annoyed "YES". As if I had ruined her day. LoL. I asked for one thing. Easy. She begins to cut, looks up at me and with same annoyed angry voice says " I need to stop ur service right now, you are going to have to wait until I'm done checking temps". I was confused. I had to as her again, " you have to what?" She said you're just going to have to wait till I'm done"!! I just looked around and laughed. Ok how long? Do I come back? There was another helper that could have taken over but nope. She just walked away. So after waiting initially my turn, now I'm waiting during my turn while this bitter lady decides to help me. All I could do was laugh and then waited for her to come back. Bitter angry ppl. ROTFLMAO

It's a grocery store not much different then another one. One thing is different since I worked there twenty five years ago is the lack of customer service. If you are walking past customers that are clearly looking for that missing item please stop and ask if there is something you can help them with. Those days are gone.

I have recently switched my prescriptions over from Walgreens on Litchfield and Indian School which is absolutely horrible to Fry's pharmacy and I have to say it was the best decision that I have made. Although they aren't 24 hours I will take alittle convenience any day of the week. The customer service is exceptional, they truly care and they always follow through with what they say they are going t do. It has a small town feel. Thank you for all you do!!
