Horrible customer service , if you live by this one just drive 10 mins to the one in Avondale you won't regret it. This store is just trashed all the time nothing is ever stocked. And again rude customer service always. And smelly

This issue with this Fry's location is NOT the type of employees one would like to associate with while shopping, but the lack there-of.You see, the reality is Frys would rather inconvenience you as a customer with a CIRCUS line down the aisle, only two lanes open apart from only ONE side of a self-checkout section because it saves them 15.00 (each hour) for each hour an employee should be checking out patrons. They'd rather save to 45.00 during rush hour at the store (1 employee- 3 hrs) than care about the fact that we sit in line for 30 minutes. Plus, do we get a discount for checking out our own groceries? Why not? It's only fair as they're saving even more money by customers checking themselves out. This is the way of the world now and we're just supposed to take it from behind happily. Most of the employees are pretty good, personable, but there are some that seem almost lethargic. They move about as slow as WalMart checkers.

Overall, the store is good I’ve never had issues, but the pharmacy seems like they never have my medicine ready or they say that I need a PA the only pharmacist that is ready to work is the oriental one on my prescriptions. The other people seem like it takes them forever. I just wish they would be a little bit more efficient.

Just left the store and they do not have the heat on. Feels as if it's 40° in the entire store it is 55° outside. The temperature of the store is not comfortable. Not an enjoyable shopping experience. My fingers and toes were completely numb in the 15 minutes that I spent in the store picking up the necessary items that I needed. I will be going to the Litchfield store to complete my grocery shopping. Could not stand another minute in the store at that temperature. Brought up how cold the store was today and customer service representative who stated, oh it's because it's so cold outside. I stated back no it's actually colder in the store than it is outside. Since being in the store I've gotten a runny nose and my fingers and toes are ice cold and numb . And you have employees stating how cold they are and that their toes are also numb. I suggested filing a complaints for in humane working conditions.

I used to love Fry's pharmacy but lately everytime my Dr sends over a prescription it says it will be ready by 4 and it never is. I am so disappointed.

This may be the worst grocery store ever. It's always a crap shoot if you find what you need. The store is never stocked and consistently looks like they are going out of business. It's much easier to drive 15 minutes down the road to Albertsons. What a waste of time. Do us all a favor frys and just close this location. You obviously don't care.

I don’t know what happened to this grocery store, they are always out of items their inventory sucks, you cant walk around the area were they have all the piles of boxes and items by the Srp self pay. Also , they should have two front entrances in case of a fire exit, it’s a disaster , even when you enter they have stacks of on special items so big you can even get through like an obstacle course. They need to rearrange everything in there. To even think it used to be a signature fry’s Wow . I think it’s one of worst ones around a 50 mile radius. No disrespect but an observation for safety and improvement

Emmanuel the pharmacist is extremely kind and caring, I had an emergency with my medication and he made sure I got it right away and was very polite and sweet. I’m glad we still have people like him in the world.

Pharmacist here is the worst I've ever dealt with! Horribly rude customer service. After filling my prescription all year, she randomly decides that she will never fill it again. Said she can decline any customer at any time, when she feels like it, and that they will never fill a prescription for me ever again.. Why? Because she doesn't feel "comfortable" following my doctor's orders! She said maybe some other frys pharmacist will do it, but I can never get my meds at 107th and Indian School ever again. I cannot believe how I was treated. I asked to speak with a manager, and she said she was the manager - with a huge attitude!

I've shopped at this store for the past 5 years, usually in the mornings. It appears they're trying to save money by not having cashiers. I waited in a line of 4-5 people yesterday morning when only 2 registers were open and no one was assisting bagging. If you do not want to do it yourself, which it seems that they're pushing, I'd recommend anywhere else.
