My fiancé and I love coming to this Gamestop location. Sometimes just to look around. Kalee is always super nice. And they are always stocked on all things Pokemon.

This store is horrible. They keep putting figures, pops and other popular items in the shelf for customers to buy. Only problem is when a customer goes to pay for them they refuse to sell the items and say they aren't allowed to sell them yet? This has happened 3 times with nothing being done and they staff treating customers badly about it. Really frustrating also because other competitive stores in the area are selling these items at the current time. Tried many times to get a hold of district manager with no success. Why won't gamestop take my money. Lol how gamestop is still in buisness in this country is amazing

My kids were so excited to pop into GameStop to grab a couple of new switch games. Unfortunately, the woman inside told us they were closed ... It's not even 5:15, and the sign says they close at 7pm. Talk about "customer no service."Oh well. There are plenty of other places to fulfill our electronic/gaming needs. Will not patronize this business.

Poor service every time I go there to trade something in they make up excuses of why they can’t, and when I go down the road to the other location they help me no problem. Very lazy employee’s.

New management is running this place out of business. I miss the old employees who worked here. New store manager is rude and very unwelcoming. Unfortunate I have to go to the Estrella location especially since this location is closer to me.Many years I have kept coming to this location but it seems I can't ever visit this location again due to new policies the store manager has put in place compared to other locations.

My son received a gift card for his birthday. My son bought what he thought was a battery optimizing pack for his Oculus. He really bought a headpiece extension....(Mom not paying attention)...The lady (manager) allowed for a refund even tho we left and my son opened the box...I'm so happy that she believed me when I advised her that the item wasn't compromised. I would suggest this place to others. ?? Big thanks to the manager ? ? ? ?

Most staff is nice, welcoming, and very informed. Andrea can use better customer service skills. Hopefully GameStop will hire less employees like this

Place smells awful. Needs a seriously powerful deep cleaning. I've been to some very bad gamestops in awful neighborhoods, but I've never been to one that also smells rancid to boot. I can't comment on much else because after they didn't have what I was looking for I booked it out of there. The smell is horrendous.

They need a Negative star selector. These people have the worst customer service you can think of. they have people at home answering calls with the lowest level of security that couldn't really help a customer out if they wanted too. there system is set up to prolong the situation in hope the customer moves on and forgets about the process. Customer service cant even transfer to a supervisor. everything is you'll receive a email i 5 to 7 bushiness day. but your fast to take the money out of someones account. its sad what hungry business do for a couple buck now-a-days.
