Michael, the salesman was attentive but not pushy. He showed me other vehicles and options. Had a great attitude and has extremely helpful. We did a lot of the preliminaries by text which saved time in the dealership, answered questions and narrowed choices. While the dealership is huge and really busy, we received the attention we needed.

I was greeted immediately with smiles and a good morning.Taken to the waiting area by my advisor Chandler who was professional, kind and helpful. Inside was neat ,clean, and comfortable. A very nice gentleman at the service counter answering my questions and being kind as well. The experience was very welcoming to me since I just moved here October 7th from Ohio. I was impressed for sure.

First off I'd like to say Eddie was extremely helpful. He was handcuffed by his finance department. I don't see a reason to run credit 3 times 3 days in a row with a 750 credit score they still couldn't get me the payments I wanted. Tried to down grade to a 2wd to make the sale happen Eddie was all for it saying they're way cheaper than a 4wd and then Jeremy comes back and says "you'll only save a couple grand" you can tell who was good and horrible at there job. Jeremy seemed pre occupied with another customer who was sold a lemon and didn't really want to deal with us. In short I know Eddie fraught for the sale and Jeremy pissed on every opportunity for us to make the sale happen. Even when we were told the sales haven't been good they still wouldn't work with a customer who had what they called an "A rating credit score"

HORRIBLE Customer Service! When we purchased our vehicle in 2022, they were awesome, but now their service has plummeted down big time. I took my vehicle on 9/19 because we are having issues with all the data services. Well, Liz, our service rep, said they needed to order a part and it would be 2 weeks for them to get it, if we wanted to pick up our vehicle they would call us to let us know when to take it back. Two weeks went by, no call from them, so I called Liz wasn't available, but got an update from someone else saying part was still not in that they would let Liz know to get an update and give me me call, nothing. Called on 10/24 Liz was not in that day, the person who answered told me my name was not on their list of customers expecting a part, that it could be because the part was never ordered or it was returned to sender, she transferred me to Liz's VM and I left her a VM to please call me back ASAP. I have paid for OnStar & Data services for 2 months without being able to use it. 10/25 called in 1st thing in the morning, I was told Liz was with a customer at the moment and that she would personally give Liz the message to call me. What a surprise no call. 10/26 2:50PM I call again and ask yo speak with a manager for service department, was on hold for half an hour before I decided to hang up. I guess I will keep waiting for them to want to speak with me. Will update if I ever get a response.

I brought my 2016 Corvette in for service because it was having this really bizarre and concerning battery issueAnthony helped me from start to finish and was communicative the entire time. Him and his tech were able to quickly diagnose the problem and have my car back to me in 2 days!Will definitely be coming back here for all my future service. Glad to know there’s still honest people out there

This place sucks they deserve zero star. Made my appointment online called ahead to let them know I was running late. Got there 14 minutes after my appointment for a simple oil change and couple filters on my 2021 Chevrolet Suburban. It took them 3 and half hours to do a sample oil change and filters without any offer for a shuttle or wait in the lobby nor water then the guy claimed my total is $256 which is ridiculous. Let me remind you that I didn’t have any signs on my so called T-mobile service. Manager Dan Bieber was amazing he’s the reason why I’m leaving 4 stars. I guess you have to either white or Mexican to get a better service here

So I went to Gateway Chevrolet earlier this afternoon to trade in my car for a truck pre approval all paperwork in hand. I walked around the lot for about 40 minutes looking at trucks had one picked out. I walked through the main drive and even throughout the entire building passing atleast 10-12 sales reps not even one even looked up and said hi to me or even acknowledged my presence. Last time I checked sales reps only make s pay check if they sell a car so I guess these guys make too much money they don't want to work. Probably would have been the easiest sale. Kinda sucks because I live down the street and to see how horrible the front end of the dealership was I won't be taking my car to the service department either. I will be buying my truck at another Chevy dealership for sure.

Really just disappointed. Went into look at a vehicle I thought we would be interested in. Asked a billion times not to run my credit as I would have paid cash for the car if It was what I was looking for. Trust is something car dealers should take into serious consideration when operating. How dishonest of them to run my credit when I asked repeatedly for them not to. Would never recommend or return.

A volume dealer, so expect a lot of people. There are a ton of service and sales people. We were greeted immediately on arrival. We had an appointment but it was not conveyed to the sales person we were working with. We were set up with a different sales person (no commission, volume sales). We had picked out the truck online and called ahead, but it still took a while to get the truck pulled up for a test drive. We took a test drive and said yes, we wanted the truck. So in total this was 30 minutes. From that point, to leaving with our truck took an additional 3 1/2 hours. It took nearly an hour to get to finance (though we pre-qualified and filled out all the initial paperwork). We were told the vehicle would be detailed while we finished financing. Instead the vehicle was taken on additional test drives without our knowledge. When it was brought back there was a very large scratch in the side of the truck. They offered to buff it out, but we were told it would need to be brought back. We live 2 hours away. We saved about $4k buying here. Overall no different than any dealership. No better or worse.

As an old car guy like myself. There is an unwritten code that when you send a customer to a salesman and they complete the deal, out of respect and gratitude the salesman sends you compensation called a BIRD DOG. Well either that code is now ignored by the salesmen or the company no longer honors the code. What say you. Still waiting for my Bird Dog.

I’ve been going to you guys for years and have dealt with a lot of service team members. Zach BY FAR has been the most pleasant to deal with. Communication is ALWAYS great. Anything he has ever said he under promised and over performed! Always makes sure I’m happy with the outcome as well. I had other service members that made me want to find another dealer but Zach changed my mind. Exceptional guy. Thank you Zach.

not good. I buy a used 2021 wrangler for cash and do not haggle on price. I was buying for my kids and I just wanted a nice car. Ricky assured me the car was in great shape. I get the car and the windshield is cracked. I get bounced around in the dealership when I call. I finally get Ricky and he says he will call me back. he said he had no idea the windshield had a crack in it but when the delivery guy picked up the truck he noted the crack. I am still waiting on Ricky's call. not good customer service and I think I was as easy a customer as they will get. thumbs down

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made our experience wonderful! The car sales man was helpful and made great suggestions without feeling like he wasn't listening to our wants. We ended up getting a New Silverado when we had thought about only getting a used. It was absolutely the best choice. I love my new truck.
