I do like the place, but there's always lines and way too long waiting in them. Especially when you see 4 to 5 employees in the front standing around and none of them decide to open another register.

Awesome place. However, this location is in DESPERATE need of more cashiers/staff/employees.
I was in line to check out longer than I was in the store. For perspective, I was in the store actually shopping for a total of almost an hour (estimated 45-50 minutes), but was waiting to be checked out for an hour and 15 minutes after that.
There were 2 cashiers and about 50 customers per line.

I wanted an appraisal on my coin They said they had no knowledge about the coin out of the 4 Reps showed no interest one guy said he saw scratches on coin next guy said possible chiseled numbers on rev of coin and none of them had information about my 1943 steel penny Thanks but no thanks.

Watch as they scan all your items. They tried to charge me $1.99 for $1.49 item. That was clearly marked $1.49. The lady told me it always rings them up as $1.99.. I told her I was not going to pay it. I’m going to pay exactly what is shown on the tag. She had a little attitude with me about it, but she finally changed it. Watch out Hobby lobby, trying to take advantage of you!

I came in to purchase a little table right after opening (to avoid crowds, yesterday was crazy!) and the gal who helped me, Giselle, was incredibly rude. I was told to approach her by another associate and cheerfully said “good morning! There’s a table I wanted to purchase up front” and she stood there, looking at me blankly, and rudely said “uh can you show me which one?” I’m not an expert, but I would think the correct response would be “of course! Follow me so I can see which one you’re interested in” I asked her if she was ok (because she was so rude) and she said it was early. I hope your day got better Giselle. Do better 😉

Don’t shop here if you don’t have an actually debt card on hand. They don’t take Apple Pay and will not hold your stuff. Absolutely ridiculous it’s 2024! Most people my age, mid 20s use Apple Pay. Not to mention every single cashier there works slow!! The manager having to verify large bills every time is ridiculous!! Teach your employees how to check bills!! Waiting in line for almost 30 minutes is giving Walmart vibes. I will probably never shop here again. Which is a shame because I absolutely love hobby lobby.

I'll forever love Hobby Lobby however they need more cashiers. Just on an average Wednesday there was only 3 lines open one being the return line. The lines were extremely long. I get it can be difficult to project business needs but let's be honest it's hobby lobby going into the Christmas season of course it's going to be busy lol.

Plenty of selection & deals in the store. This one seems to get super busy in the middle of the day with 30+ min checkout lines so if you find the right timing, it's great!
