Mike and Sean in the paint department are absolutely rad and provide the best customer service & help~assistance. I had to get a few gallons of paint to redo some rooms and it was a total worry free and easy process. Highly recommend this store and always has good in-stock inventory true to their webpage.

Just received a phone call from some lady who said whoops wrong number, hold on and then hung up. Tried calling back but no answer. I just heard a story about a woman who was mad because her neighbor was ignoring her. Only to find out he was blind.
I thought the stupidity was mind boggling. This woman just put her to shame with her stupidity. Wow she says hold on then preceeds to hang up. That's some special kind of stupid.
It's 12pm on a Monday and they're so busy they can't answer the phone. Well I now know which home depot to avoid at all cost.

Very rude cashiers at check out not wanting to price match Amazon when it clearly states they price match on their website. They said “per management we do not have to price match” went to another home depot that price matched once I showed that their website clearly states they do. Glad to spread the word on going to other locations from now on.

Nice plants but wow seem when we come into store, never see or find a friendly face everyone avoid or walk past us says nothing even when "we greet" also I don't like to have to always clean the toilet seat for my kid but i do so he can sit on a clean seat, it's so gross please clean bathrooms more frequently. Going to shop at Lowes. Disappointed here.

It's just amazing, prices are Constantly going up on a regular basis but yet we the customers are doing the job of the employees(cashiers) as they stand there and waste time "teaching" us how to do Their job!! So, they are No longer cashiers, evidently they're teachers instead! & God forbid you can't find 1 little item in their big store and you Mistakingly Ask 1 of their employees Where something Might be located & they just look at you like you just sprouted 2 heads!!! Just like Wal-Mart's environments, awesome! Just exactly what none of us need more of!

Came here with the hubby and this trip was horrible. In other time worker's would ask if we needed help looking for anything NOPE didn't happen they walked right pass us. Then finally I told the hubby let's ask someone for help looking for a particular item, so we did and this rude girl try to make it seem like they didn't sell the product we were looking for until the hubby popped her bubble and showed her that the item said in stock at this location. And one employee was like yes we do but the one that said yes we was already off the clock and told the girl we sell it and she even said where it was located. Worst experience ever dealingwitha rude worker (Garden Center)!! If i had her name i would post it but she had it covered up. Usually rude workers will cover their names. Then we were looking for another item in a different area and this particular young man asked if we needed help looking for anything and he was very polite and helpful even though he was being pulled here and there from other customers i forgot his name but I think he might have saved Home Depot from loosing a customer because his customer service was over and beyond.

We go often to get a lot of stuff because it’s the closer Home Depot to our home. My only complaint here is that they are annoying trying to sell you some ac unit and ask you questions while you trying to shop. Sometimes is multiple people asking about the same thing. I would prefer them to come and ask if we need help instead of that.

Customer service representative Jocelyn (1/30/25/2pm) did not have the customer service you would expect coming from home depot. I will avoid coming to this location for as long as I can.

Ace is the place!!! Used to come here all the time but you have now lost my business. Waited for 45 minutes for someone to help me get a couple Milwaukee power tools and headlamps that were locked up, not a single person was there to assist other than the Milwaukee rep who was busy taking customers and other branded tools to the front. I went to Ace and spent $1390 there instead. I’m DONE with Home Depot. Go to Ace, pay a few more dollars but get quick, friendly service! It feels so much better spending money there where they appreciate you!
