98% of my stay was amazing, just a small hiccup.The breakfast was great, a great selection overall. Loved being able to have waffles every morning. Would suggest more meat options, there was only sandwiches with meat. The location is great, so many store and restaurant options nearby. The staff was so great, especially the front desk staff on all shifts. They room was super clean, my initial wipe down proved this.My only issue was the heat was out in my room during my stay, they attempted to fix it and it was not fixable so they offered to move me to another room. I refused the offer as I was already comfortable, which takes a lot for me. I asked what could be done as far as compensation and was told it would have to be points since I booked with a 3rd party, okay that was fine. What was not fine is that the amount of points I was given was not what was discussed and the points are not worth much of anything, which I did not know at the time.Lastly cell-phone service is not that great, more than likely due to congestion in that area.Nearby activities: Main Event is literally right next door.Walkability: In such a great area for shopping and eating.

I love Home2 Suites. It's my 1st choice for any stay that involves multiple nights.Having a full size refrigerator, a kitchen sink and lots of drawers, cabinets and a closet really makes an extended stay more comfortable.Hotel staff has always been helpful and friendly. Breakfast includes proteins (eggs/ sausage), yogurt, lots of breads and muffins, cereal, dairy, juice, and this morning, MY favorite, oatmeal (and not the instant out of a paper packet kind!).The rooms are so much larger than most other hotels. I am comparing these to "ordinary travelers". I can even have friends visit and we have a small sitting area instead of everyone perching on the foot of beds.Home2 Suites is a great chain. I have stayed here in AZ., MN., ND., and TX.Rooms: Large rooms. Sitting area. Lots of drawers and cabinets.Safety: Well lit with front desk staffed. I feel very safe here.

We wanted to Thank Home 2 Suites by the Hilton - Avondale. Our Family was displaced from our home for 51 days and our stay here was just as good as Home. Housekeeping was great, the Breakfast was awesome. We would like to give a special Thanks to a Young Woman named Lisa. She provided Great Customer service, she was professional. When we had questions she had answers. Lisa alone made our stay amazing!Noteworthy details: Lisa was great! She deserves a raise!

Extremely clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds and the perfect kitchen for an extended stay. I could easily stay here for a month and be comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment around the area, some walking distance and some a quick car ride across the way.

Good but bathroom door wasn’t locking. Very spacious nice kitchen and pull out couch. Floors need a bit cleaning and pull out couch had a big stain on bottom mattress.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for me.The service is very good. I booked a room online only about an hour before arriving and some error in the system prevented me from using the app to check in and get the room I wanted (2 queens). The desk clerk was very helpful and made sure to get me into a room that met my needs, even though the one I wanted was sold out.The room itself was immaculate and well-appointed for the price. The bathroom includes amenities like shampoo, shower gel, and lotion, which are much appreciated. The best thing about it is that the A/C goes low and cold, and it has a setting that allows you to keep the blower on all night. I love that, especially in an area where you may hear traffic noise at night. I slept like a baby!I'll also say that the location is great - very convenient to I-10 and many stores and restaurants within walking distance.

My visit here was awesome. They were able to cater to my mom that had special needs at the time and we're just very awesome in general. They also had a very nice breakfast buffet that was complimentary.

The hotel is in a wonderful location next to everything. I would say it was nice stay, I don’t have any complaints. Clean room, nice bed, spacious what more can a road warrior ask for.Rooms: Nice and clean with tons of space.Walkability: There are stores within 5 min walking distance. It’s always nice to do a little shopping.Food & drinks: Centralized location you will not be disappointed with the food options available in this location.

Great location. Awesome fitness center. Big rooms. This is my go to hotel when traveling here for work.Walkability: So many food places close but, including a Starbucks.

Really nice rooms: full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge. Absolutely would stay here again!Nearby activities: Tons of places around the hotel to eat, drink and shop, gas too.
