I went in on Friday morning to this Dysart location & I had the WORST EXPERIENCE I WAS SO UPSET I DROVE 11 miles to this location to end up leaving. I went in with my husband & 2 children, I have a toddler and in infant in a car seat. We get seated at a booth & the host leaves before I can even ask for a swing for my child since she was in a car seat. As we are waiting for our waiter I see this white lady in her late 50s with colored eyes rolling her eyes staring at us at our table. She proceeds to come up to us and says you guys have to move that talking about MY child in her car seat that’s 6months BTW she is not a that my husband asks her ok where do I move her she says on the table something she can’t be there. THE BOOTHS ARE TINY #1 of course we needed to be seated at a table. So I let her know what an inconvenience my 4 year old has ADHD so she’s barley settling in. We proceed to move & she takes our order for our drinks she comes back & my husband asked her if we could have a Sonic menu since that’s really the whole reason we went for my daughter to see the Sonic menu and choose something. She yells we don’t have that and my husband says and what’s that which was clearly a Sonic menu and she yelled that’s a picture and we say ok can we get that picture, she says ugggh and rolls her eyes and turns around. I then say NEVERMIND we don’t appreciate your horrible service she says SORRY very sarcastically and we leave. I find someone like that should not be working in customer service when that’s all she does is be a waitress and should provide great customer service. I am so disappointed. My daughter didn’t even get the experience she anticipated for. I did call to speak with a manager and was not able to speak with anyone directly.

I was seated at a table that wasn't wiped down, but the server was kind and fixed it right away. Food here is good quality and value for the cost, and my partner loves going here. So I had a lovely time. I like their eggs benedict and waffle sundae.

Great customer service my server name Allen was great and made sure we were taken care of and our beverage glasses were full. He was a very polite young man

They had no spoons to stir the coffee, food was cold, steak omelette with 2 pieces of meat, server was not very nice. I took my wife out for breakfast and was very disappointed.

The waitress was over the top as far as kindness and competence. Good was good, except I ordered eggs over medium and got over easy.

Horrible service! We waited for more than an hour for our order and not once did our server come check on us to even give us an update or even apologize for the delay. Once he did and I addressed him that other tables got there food first and we were still waiting he mumbled something and just left me talking. Another lady came stating our food was almost out and I seen it was just on the table and no one was bring it to us. At that point we decided to leave. Never again, customer service is horrible not to mention they didn’t take our order until 15 after sitting at our table and other people arriving already taking there order.

(NOTE: This is an updated review. From 3 stars to 5. From Lackluster to pretty damn good.) Every time after my first review, I've pretty much gone in by myself and usually before 9 in the morning during the weekdays. Haven't gotten any of my orders incorrectly since then. The pancakes are always good and filling. Thank you for the new pleasant experiences.

If your too busy to serve than don’t sit people down! Waited over 40 min for mg food ! Until I got tired of waiting and walked out this place really sucks at customers service! Will not be returning here again! Waist of my time

Feb 16 12pm dining with grandson.Wow! So suprise how much I HOP has changed. I'm from Cashion. So basically since they build i hop on dysart...The quantity of food so small n pancakes its freakin hilarious how small they've gotten but price getting higher. Go figure how that works out. Then I order a sm OJ but get a lg. Waitress shouldn't take it upon herself to add what she wants on MY TAB. Not unless she's gonna pay for it. Again this dining was not my choice. If I want a quality food n price I dine at Country GRIDDLE down, Sheep Camp or Waffle house. I'll stick to small owned business because these big chains are giving less n less portions. Just fyi.
