Always good/friendly service, maybe 5 years ago but now, the manager and the crew are rude and they just left my order on the counter and when I got it of course it was cold as hellClearly do not recommend

I swear the prices are getting higher and the food portions are getting smaller. Plus someone needs to teach Jacks employees not to stuff a whole salad inside of those damn tacos.

I have enjoyed Jack in the box my whole life and have never had such a horrible experience like today! I feel bad for the employees the leader ship just didn’t seem to be there from any point of view! Was passing through like allot of people I guess do but I’ll make it a point to never stop here again!!

Visited this location since I work at a 24hr facility myself. Was grabbing food for my coworkers. Upon ordering the drive thru worker told me the smash burger combo would take 15min. Which was fine because there are not a lot of 24hr fast food places close. Then I ordered tacos and the drive thru worker stated that would take an ADDITIONAL 15min. As if she was trying to discourage me from ordering specific menu items. After relaying my order the drive thru attendant had THE WORST tone of voice and seemed very irritated with me since it was late and I was asking for menu items that would require them to actually make them. Once at the window she continued to have a poor attitude and tone of voice. This type of customer service is poor. And obviously the person working HATES their carrier choice. Maybe then need to switch it up to enrich their life. I’m going to visit again because it’s close to my work but hope this employee doesn’t take my order again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I did an online order at 1:37am got at the drive thru at 1:38am when I got to the window I was told to go to the front and wait. After 20 minutes I went in and was told breakfast takes a long time to cook. I understand at a restaurant but a fast food place with 4+ people on shift cooking a breakfast sandwich shouldn’t take 20 minutes. I finally got my order at 2:05. I asked for sauces and didn’t get none in the bag and somehow after waiting 25 minutes they decided to give me cold fries… at least put them back in the fryer or sum to make them feel presentable. I wonder when they make their meals if they use hot fries or just eat the ones that’s been sitting there.

This has to be the worst customer service ever !They take forever to even respond in the drive thru. This place needs more people to work here and there is a lot of people waiting and the line goes very slowly! I been waiting for almost 45 minutes for only 4 tacos!

Very bad service.The employees were absent minded and kept us waiting for about ten minutes before someone came to take our order.Then we waited for another 20 min or so to get the order.My order wasn't complete, I had to ask for the coffee (that was part of the order) and coffee creamer. No body asked if we wanted butter or syrup with our hotcakes nor gave us a fork.

When you order on the jack n box app and ask for delivery. It does not tell you what delivery service (uber, door dash) will be delivering well my order was canceled and I received an email from Jack n box it was n to call store. I called they said they did not cancel, they did not know who would be delivering and how I would get my money back.. completely ridiculous!! Do not order delivery straight from jack n box app. Customer service is trash!!!

The female manager was yelling at another employee on the back and cussing for w0 minutes while we waited for our food. A couple who hadn't recieved there food wanted a refund as the wait was ridiculous. The manager refused because the customer and his wife were documenting the situation on there phones. Even after deleting the video although he was legally in the right the manager refused to give him a refund. There was a woman though in a headset who I believe was working drive through who was outstanding and even offered us desserts for the trouble. She should be the real manager.

ORDERED A HAMBURGER HAMBURGER NOT CHEESEBURGER MY RECEIPT SAYS HAMBURGER THE MANAGER SCREAMS THATS HOW THEY COME WHEN I CONFRONTED THE STORE SIMPLY TO ASK THEM TO FIX MY ORDER A HAMBURGER AND A CHEESEBURGER ARE 2 DIFFERENT THINGS YOU HAVE 2 SEPERATE WRAPPERS AND YOU TELL ME IM WRONG WHEN EVEN UBER EATS SAYS THAT A HAMBURGER FROM YOUR STORE SPECIFICALLY DOESNT COME WITH CHEESE AT ALL UPDATE: The district manager contacted me regarding the issue and assured me personally it would be resolved and I've yet to receive that kind of guarantee from and other restaurant chains before so I'll be changing it from a 1 to a 3 star because the district manager took time at 6pm on a Sunday to respond to my review of the website and was prompt courteous and apologized for the interaction we had

The ABSOLUTE WORST Jack-n-the-box I have ever been to PERIOD! I am literally surprised that this place is still in business! They employ a bunch of wannabe gangsters at night that think their job is a joke. Who like to crack jokes and insult paying customers. Well, guess what idiots, the jokes on all of you that work there! While most of you or all of you go home to your parents house, the rest of us are paying more bills than you could even imagine....let alone handle...so know your place! And that goes for all the customers continuing to go to this place and enabling them! To say that this place does not have customer service would be a compliment and this crew deserves the exact opposite! DO NOT GO TO THIS FRANCHISE.
