Keepsake trophy and their team exceeded my expectations! I had her make glassware custom plaques for a celebratory event and they turned out perfect. Everyone there was super helpful and kind. While some are definitely more knowledgeable than others about the processes and what's needed, not a single one made me feel like a burden for having to go back and forth on a design. In the end my project came out looking amazing! Definitely would recommend!
