I am from out of town but my Jeep Gladiator needed an oil change. I got an appointment immediately for an oil change service and tire rotation. Their online appointment making website was very easy to use. "Happy Hour" specials for things like oil changes was a draw for me. I have a Service Plan with another Dealership, and my Representatives, Michael V and Cliff L, were willing to take a look at it and see what could be worked out to use it here as well. The Parts Department has lots of Jeep related merchandise and off road equipment and supplies. Super nice that there are free snacks, coffee machine, and popcorn in the waiting area. I liked the text updates about the status of my Jeep during the service process. Mike and Cliff were able to apply my Service Plan. Overall, great experience, and i would definitely come back to Larry H. Miller Jeep for my service needs when back in the area.

Service writer, Cliff was Great! But the time took was very bad. I had a 11:20 am appointment Wed 17, I did not get my car back until 4:00 Friday evening. They only had to put in 6 spark plugs and one battery. What time is totally unacceptable. I've been accustomed here for over 5 years. If I'm going to be treated like that I have to think about what I want to come back. It was not the service writers fought. You have to find a better way to service your clients if you want to keep them. Thank you

Superb customer service from Francisco and his team! I took my 2020 Mustang GT in for a synthetic oli change and they were honest about everything...not able to find that kind of service anywhere else. Go see Francisco the service advisor for all your car needs! Thank you for the service and your kindness!

Alfred sold our daughter her jeep Cherokee like 2.5 years ago and we came by January 1st . We wanted to test drive a wrangler . Once we realized that we have spent hours with Alfred once before and he treated our daughter good , we knew we were good hands. Alfred was able to get us heading home in a brand new wrangler for the new year …. Can’t wait to start our adventures in our new jeep.

We now own a beautiful, brand new Jeep Gladiator Mojave 2023!Ruben did a great job taking care of us. He was knowledgeable and conducted great customer service.After we left, we realized our new jeep gladiator was missing the all weather floor mats and wheel locks. Check out Bill Luke on Camelback before coming here:After visiting Bill Luke, I decided to come here since they didn’t have the trim I wanted. The salesman here was friendly and helpful. He seemed more interested in ensuring that we got the car we wanted, rather than just making a sale. The whole process took around 2.5 hours or less. However, we couldn’t get our new car detailed before leaving since their detail department was closed. This was different from Bill Luke, who had always cleaned my car after test drives. Regardless, the dealership offered us a complimentary detail since we couldn't get one before leaving.The next day, we found a Mopar item attached to the bottom of the driver's steering wheel. We removed it and decided to save it and return it when we went back for the promised car detail.A week after we bought the car, the salesman kept calling and texting us about the Mopar part. They noticed their team forgot to remove the item and wanted it back urgently. They even offered to come to our house to pick it up. I found this rush to get the item back uncomfortable, especially since I wasn't home at the time. I informed them that I would return it later that day when I came for the car detail. However, when we got there, they didn't seem very happy to see us. Perhaps it was because of my response or because we were back for the detail. Regardless, their demeanor was different from when they were trying to sell us the car. We waited for around 2-2.5 hours for the detail, but it wasn't worth it and I regret it so much. There were spray marks and a buildup of spray in areas that hadn’t even been wiped. The seats and windows were not cleaned, and the car smelled heavily of oil or baby oil that the "new car scent" was gone. To make matters worse, they scratched my driver's window, middle console, and left some slight scratches on the back of the car. I could have cleaned my car better in less time, and without causing any damage. I have included photos of the poor detailing and the damage caused to my car. I will call them about the damages, but I doubt anything will be done since there is no proof. However, I wouldn't trust them to work on my car again. I will be filing a complaint with the finance company, and I hope my review will help you reconsider your decision to come here.

Maria was more than amazing. Was able to get what I went in for, done. Anytime there was something that needed attention she let me know immediately and had all the info I needed to make a decision. Very thankful every time I come in for services, that's for sure.

Of all the times I’ve been there this was actually the first time I felt the service was excellent.No waiting, and very professional. I received a video explaining the details of the service and all. Free Uber, free snacks I mean just great! My reps name was Francisco. Very pleased thank you!

This location had our Jeep for 2.5 weeks. Multiple concerns with their service. 1, at our appt date, I was informed it may take them a wk to even look at the Jeep, but we still need to leave it.They were correct, it sat there for a week, and we were then notified on week 2 what 1 issue is. We were also told we needed 2 batteries, the main battery and the auxiliary battery because the Jeep was dead. They forgot about the 2nd issue and said they will check it first am. We received a text but never received a call, they never responded to their text updates, multiple calls and never updated the status on their text link. Called on day 17, told they would check it immediately and call us back. Said could not replicate the noise so we informed them we will pick-up the Jeep. Upon arrival, Oscar said the Jeep was completely dead and we needed to replace both batteries knowing it is 2-month-old battery.Come to find out, we jumped through hoops to have Auto Zone tell us the battery is perfectly fine. We decided to buy a new auxiliary battery based on Oscar's recommendation, take off the front tire/panel and come to find out the 2021 Jeep Automatic does not have an auxiliary battery. The entire issue was 2 dirty battery connections. This told us they never checked the battery and caused us a lot of extra work and expense for nothing. 2.5 weeks without our car for an overpriced quote and misled information is unfortunate!

Excellent service and communication. I arrived for my 7am oil change/service appointment and was promptly greeted by my service advisor, Juan Martinez. He verified some information with me and let me know the service would take about 1 hour and 20 minutes and explained everything to me, showed me where I could wait, get something to drink, etc.My Jeep was ready about 45 minutes later, which was unexpected, but awesome! Juan was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Every experience we have had with Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Avondale from purchasing to service appointments has been outstanding. Highly recommend!

I came here for an oil change and tire rotation. I’ll start by taking full responsibility for being tired after working an over night shift and coming straight in for my appointment. And that’s no one’s problem but I figured I’d mention it. I was scheduled for 0700 appointment. I went to walk inside right at 0700 and the doors were locked. Someone came to unlock them maybe like a minute later, but it would’ve been nice had they open the door and apologized or said “hey come on in”, but nothing. I walked inside and no greeting. “Everyone looked busy with no intention of helping me. I had to ask if I could get someone to help me with my appointment. A man finally helps me while simultaneously working on something else. It seemed he was unsuccessfully attempting to print something. Communication could solve so much such as, “hey ma’am let me finish with this and I’ll get you taken care of”. But so be it, he takes my info at this point I’ve checked out and I’m working on something on my phone. He asks for my keys and then walks out to my car. I guess to get my mileage, but again no communication. He comes back asks me if I was going to wait for my car, I say “yes” and he tells me I can have a seat. I didn’t wait to long and when I received my car it appeared as though they washed it which I really appreciated. All in all I’m telling this story to say customer service is key. My job requires me to have customer service skills even when the job itself is overwhelming or annoying or I’m not having a bad day I do my due diligence to not project my personal issues onto the customer. Maybe I’m just used to southern hospitality. Idk but as convenient as this place is to get my oil change at, I will not be returning. Hopefully something is done to boost the morale and people enjoy going into work. Maybe investing in some working printers so they don’t have to struggle with things that prevent them from getting the job done and decrease frustration.

We came in to purchase a vehicle. We were working with Juan and he was able to show us different types of vehicle that was within our budget. There were so many vehicles to choose from and he continued to search even the next day until he found a vehicle that was right for us. The paperwork was easier than I've had experience with other dealerships. The team really made it easy for us to get through the whole process of locating, selecting, doing the financial paperwork and purchasing the vehicle.

DO NOT TRUST MICHAEL SPENCER!!! BEWARE !!!! Do not purchase here !!!!To whom it may concern and pertain to as a consumer looking to purchase or obtain services at Larry H Miller.On July 21st, LHM was scheduled to pick up my car as they had offered the convenience of picking up my vehicle from work and they'd service it so I could later pick up the car. To my understanding, this is a service that LHM does not offer, however, their services manager offered for Angel, one of their employees to pick up my vehicle.After Angel picked up my vehicle and was on his way to the shop (three lights down from my job), Angel so happened to collide in my vehicle and the insurance deemed it as a total loss.For the past two months I have been dealing with negligence, terrible customer service and to say the least, little to no help. Michael Spencer, the manager to the whole dealership, has failed to keep his word and fulfill his obligations and duties, whether it's him not dedicating the time of day to a customer whose vehicle was ruined due to an employee's incompetence to drive a 2021 Chrysler 300.I was promised by Michael Spencer that my vehicle loan would be paid off and my credit score wouldn't be affected, however, that is far from the truth. I've been on the phone an uncountable amount of times, from the dealership's insurance to my insurance, to the third parties' insurance whose vehicle was collided with, Michael Spencer and his servicemen. My credit score has been impacted twice, lowering 28 points, 14 on each report from the dealership that my car hasn't been paid.Michael Spencer continues to add on to the stress, as he is now avoiding any contact or communication, whether it being over the phone or in person. In one particular occasion, he, as the manager, reached out to me only to get loud with me over the phone and hang-up mid call as I was explaining where I was standing with the insurance.It is with great distaste as a consumer, that I request support from the community or any consumer looking to purchase a vehicle in which I ask you to please refrain from doing so, as my experience has lead me to a complete state of stress. As a result of the total loss, I have lost my employment, my home and my car. All for accepting a service in which LHM claims "we do not offer".Therefore the question, "if you don't offer that service, why did your employee do so?" And why am I left stranded without a vehicle when my incompetence wasn't what left me without such?
