I took in my truck for a diagnostic for a battery draw . Something simple which eventually turned into a very expensive diagnostic. After receiving my vehicle I have had nothing but problems that never have happened . Have had no response from anyone

Let me begin by saying , at first , this dealership and its team were really eager and immediate to help . I think I got a pretty fair deal all things considered and they helped me get a pretty competitive interest rate. The car is superb! Some minor things that can’t be seen in pictures or weren’t relayed but I get it. I am not super knit picky . I’m an out of state customer so buying a car pretty much sight unseen is a little scary and my first time doing so! Leading up to ,when i actually sent them the down payment, their response time was fast , after thighs slowed down .i know I am not the sole customer of this dealership but i really felt put on the back burner afterwards. As previously stated being an out of state customer I haven’t really got any paper work and/or info on things I need to even register the vehicle . Also I was not given any temporary registration until I insisted and triple texted the finance manager Erik that I got it sent about a week later when it should have came in the car . Also I personally asked about warranty options for peace of mind and was presented said warranty and I accepted to what I had inquired about , only engine and power train bumper to bumper warranty . I was added a maintenance plan as well as a paint and appearance package that i didn’t ask for or was even made aware of . A notary had to come to my place so I could sign paperwork, since I’m in a different state and I didn’t see that was added in until later . All in all I’m not sure how the dealership operates locally but as for me I can’t say the second half of my experience was all that great .

Five and a half hours for an oil change is ridiculous. However this was the least of my worries. I dropped my truck off at this location at 10:00 for a simple oil change. In the meantime, I checked their online tracker every 15-20 minutes. This tracker always said “inspection in progress” I got a text message at about 2:30 with an inspection report. I declined all recommendations online, however at the end of this report it told me that there was a $12.00 charge to use my oil change package. (3 oil changes) for a discounted rate. I tried for about 45 minutes to get ahold of someone in the service department with absolutely no luck to ask about this charge before I agree to the charge. It was not until 3:30 that my service advisor gave me a call to tell me that they close in 30 minutes and that I needed to pick up my truck. When asked why my tracker never changed to keep me updated, he told me it would change soon and proceeded to ask me if I needed a ride to get my truck picked up. I told him no that I have a ride there. I then asked about the charge that his inspection report told me was due, as to that, he said there was no charge. At this point I’m extremely confused with the system they have in place and wonder how anyone manages to get anything done here. Lastly, I come to pick up my truck at 3:45 and “junior” my “service associate” hands me my keys and says “see, no charge”. I told him I didn’t see my truck out front and asked him where it was and he had no idea. He had to call someone else to come get my keys and see where my truck was. However, the person he called, also didn’t know where my truck was. Not until I personally found my truck all the way across the parking lot and grabbed my keys and told him I would get it myself. To top it all off, my truck still had the writing from my service appointment on it and was not cleaned off. I will not be coming back here and would advise others to do the same.

Drove 4 hours to come back to Avondale Dodge to buy our new vehicle from our favorite salesman Arthur Badowski he sold us all our vehicles and is fabulous to deal with. We are always 100% satisfied can not say enough about Arthur if you are in the market to purchase a vehicle this is the person you want to deal with.

Reading all these reviews while waiting for my car to get done, looks like the service dept hasn't changed even after all these negative reviews and the gm responding to all of them but it's still the same lol. Dropped my car off to get brakes done at 7am still waiting, can't even get a update on what's going on u call them and they tell u they will get back to you but never do, u email them no response
