After being turned down and sent away Aldo was willing to do the work and get me on the road in a new car. The best buying experience I’ve had!!!! Aldo had the patience and understanding most salesman forget to have when dealing with a woman making a major purchase. He was very upfront and clear about what needed to be done and what I qualified for and helped me every step of the way and reassured me to make it as easy and simple as possible to trade in and purchase my new car! I won’t be going anywhere else.

So where to start from! Umm I have to say that coming to Larry H Miller was a good choice not just that but Arthur was able to see me and address all my need when I came to finding the right car for my family. The customer service with Arthur was amazing! I would definitely recommend coming to this place.

I bought a F350 and have put around 2200 miles on it in almost 2 months ago from this dealership and it was definitely a mistake. Maybe it was because it was used but the salesman had no idea what was going on with it and just rushed me at all times to move forward with the purchase. I called in asking for a test drive and they told me it was ready only to find out it never went through inspection and I wouldn’t be able to drive it. This happened 2 more times before I could even drive it and once I finally did I noticed some issues such as squeaky breaks, parts not being original, and the turbo seeming to not hold pressure and asked the salesman to ask the mechanic. I said pending on his response I’ll purchase the vehicle and of course nothing was wrong with it at all its just a big truck as the salesman stated. While come to find out there’s tons of issues and the list continues to climb. I wasn’t going to post anything but this is ridiculous, the breaks are definitely going out, my heater doesn’t work, check engine light for electrical problems and a failing ficm, and turns out quite a bit of the engine is not stock which was never disclosed even though I asked multiple times. The first issue occurred almost 2 weeks after having the truck and from then on I’m finding new issues almost weekly with this truck, it seems at this rate the repairs will be more than the truck. It’s disheartening because I chose to go with Larry H Miller as they have a high rating for quality and I was looking to spend a little more to get a reliable truck but this simply wasn’t it.While parts of this dealership are nice they seem to be lacking in their repairs as I’m reading lots of stories about their repair shop messing up and used cars not being in good shape. I have nothing to say about there ability to sell new cars but used cars I would be very hesitant and ask if you could have your own mechanic look at the vehicle. I would also recommend you ask they skip detailing your car they broke a ton of the door clips, didn’t really clean it, just looks like they smeared soap on the truck.

They kept my vehicle for a while couple weeks maybe then they sent me information saying that they would diagnose my vehicle for a certain amount to which I said great go ahead. They diagnosed it they said the charge would go to towards my repairs when my vehicle was ready, I went and picked it up as we drove out of there it died on us again and kept on doing that for a couple weeks until we had it towed back in. I was given a two-year warranty. Only for them to call and say, well it’s now the motor and looking at 16k+! Ok, you were paid to diagnose and never did you mention that. After going back and forth with Donnie and Steve (supervisor)y truck was sent back home still not working. So now I’m out 3k and have a fake 2year warranty on work that wasn’t entirely done. How is that? I paid, it’s not running but your 2 year warranty is not a warranty after all? Just a receipt for nothing?

My Salesman John Robison was great and answered all of my questions. He made the experience enjoyable as that is always not the case when purchasing a vehicle. Make sure you ask for John when shopping for a Dodge/Ram, you won't be disappointed!

Bob is amazing we have purchased 4 vehicles with him. However the service department can use a good housecleaning. I wanted to ensure my trucks warranties would stay valid so I only service at the dealership. Normally I drop my truck off and get it a few hours later. Today, I dropped off first thing in the morning and told them I was staying since it was a quick service. The estimate I signed was $211. After 8 hours I saw my vehicle get pulled around. For a grand total of $800 for my 30,000 mile service. It was at wash for 3 hours and my truck had greasy handprints everywhere. I’ve had issues in the past with trying to get recall work performed and this is the last time I ever go back to this dealer for work.

I met Mr.Elvin Hernandez Salesman at Dodge Avondale Az dealership, our company made 3 deals with him, All deals were exactly as negotiated with No games, he was trustworthy , listened us, process was simple, quick and painless, communication over the email or phone was always clear. He was there for us when required and really a hardworking salesman, I would say he is a good asset to the dealership. We purchased my husband’s dream truck at Larry H. Miller Dodge ram in Avondale. (Drove all the way from San Diego, CA.) And not only was it our dream truck, but it was a dream experience! From the sales staff to the finance team, everyone was very professional, and couldn’t be more friendly! Our Sales person, Daniel Rakoczynski handled the entire transaction and was professional, friendly and made it a very comfortable and smooth experience. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent experience I had at your dealership, specifically involving a 2020 Dodge Challenger purchase. I believe it is essential for you to be aware of the issues I encountered and the actions of certain staff members.I signed a deal for a 2020 Dodge Challenger on a Friday, and within a few days, I had not only buyer's remorse but also discovered significant issues with the vehicle. These issues, which were never disclosed to me, included the removal of the exhaust system by the previous owner, exposed live wires from the battery, peeling hood wrap, wheels that were spray-painted, and paint that was coming off. These are not minor oversights but significant problems that should have been communicated upfront.I reached out to your staff and even sent emails to General Manager Dominic to address these concerns. While Mr. Dominic did reach out and apologize, the subsequent actions of your sales team were far from satisfactory. Instead of providing me with options to resolve the issues, they made me feel like an inconvenience. I was misled and pressured into a deal that did not align with my best interests.Furthermore, I believe I was taken advantage of during the financing process. My current credit score was no concern to me, as I am a credit repair specialist and could work on improving it. However, I was placed into an absurdly high interest rate of 25%, which I believe was unjustified.I must emphasize that, at the time of this transaction, I was extremely fatigued from a 14-hour shift as a truck driver. Despite my exhaustion, your staff did not allow me to leave without closing the deal, repeatedly insisting that I wait.Ultimately, I made the decision to return the vehicle as I considered it inoperable due to the multiple undisclosed issues. To my shock, I later learned that the loan for the vehicle was funded by the bank while it was in your possession, even though it was returned to your dealership.I feel compelled to share my experience with others and to warn potential customers about the practices I encountered at your dealership. It is disheartening to label a business as unscrupulous, but my experience leads me to believe that Larry H. Miller Dodge is not a place where honest, hardworking individuals are treated fairly.I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues within your dealership. It is essential to maintain transparency, integrity, and respect for your customers.

We stopped by just to look at Ram 4x4 and ended up buying one. We were actually going to Ford to look at theirs, because we had good relationship with them on other purchases and thought we were just stopping by for a comparison “look”. Our sales person ,Jesus came right out in the heat of the day within minutes to assist us and was very patient and accommodating to all of our questions. he is a very personable young man, and it was great talking with him. We weren’t happy with the interest rate at the first offer and was ready to leave, but he said let me see what we can do. Jesus was not pushy at all, worked with us and his manager, and we were able to come to an agreement that made us walk out with our First Dodge. One of The Best experiences we’ve had with car dealerships and like I said our first time with Dodge. My husband and I have been married for 46 years so as you can imagine we’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships. Again,Jesus was awesome and Larry Miller should be proud to have him as part of their salesforce .

Went in for an Oil Change service with tire rotation and my service advisor Aurelio Rodriguez Jr. made it all go super smooth. There was a complete courtesy check done of the whole van and Aurelio gave me a printout of the results and went over it with me as well as answered my questions. Very satisfied!
