I was looking at silk trees today and was quoted a reduced price on a dusty tree. The woman told me if I didn't buy it right now she was jacking up the price. I had wanted to return with my husband. She raised the price over $100. I left as I felt it was black mail.

Worst customer service ever I do not recommend this place to anyone I'll never purchase anything from here especially the sales person I dealt with. Very unprofessional, lies and has an attitude would never have this person working in my own business that's the type of employees that will drive business away

Poor customer service.a friend had purchased a beautiful expensive bed here that was delivered in a totally different color that was meant for a newly painted bedroom. The bed was delivered but when looking at the bed headboard the color was not what she had ordered. She asked the delivery men take it back and let them know that this was the incorrect color of what she chose from the store catalog. My friend called the store and was told to call back the next day then the next day she called and spoke with a lady who was unprofessional on the phone telling my friend that the bed was what she ordered and kept going back and forth and not listening. My friend asked her to speak with the owner to see if he would help resolve the issue. Once she called again someone in customer service answer and got the owner on the phone only to tell her that he wasn't going to give her any refund back and then hang up on her. The issue could have been resolved but rather causing hardship and stress to customers especially when my friend was expecting a family visit soon, now she is so stressed out with dealing with not having a bed for the guests which she wanted to impress. If this was treated nicely it could have been resolved and it would have been a win win situation for the store and the customer as my friend would have recommended this store...

We had gone to another Major Furniture store nearby but nothing really jumped out at us. We walked to Lina and were really impressed with the quality of furniture. Long story short we purchased a jumbo sectional from Maria and we are very very happy with it. It was a little more money than some we saw, but we loved the quality. Muchos Gracias Maria we will be back!

They delivered the wrong furniture then i wanted a refund since I needed it this last week, now the owner or someone in charge told me he was not gonna give me a refund and hang up the phone. Definitely not buying anything from this place. Stay away

Do not buy here.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I’ve bought a couple of things and they delivered the wrong items, I called to get help and whoever answered hang up on me when I was trying to get my issue fixed. Now I asked for a refund and he just told me I was not gonna get a refund straight up. DO NOT BUY HERE.

We moved to Buckeye and went back to the Lina location that was closer than the Chandler store. Maria helped us to find a sectional that was a floor model that we got delivered the next day.Seems like this place gets some bad reviews but she has really helped us both times.

If I could give this store a 0 star I would. I made a purchase since 2021 and they kept saying my furniture was delayed until the end of 2022. I went back for store credit then the Eric a store manager told me that he will hit me with EXTRA FEES!!!. After they never gave me my item OVER A YEAR. This is the worst store and Maria was very rude to my mother. Please don’t waste your money here or order items not in stock.

Frank was disgustingly aggressive. My family was about to spend thousands. We asked him to just let us go home and check some measurements. He replied, "it won't be here when you're back! But whatever it's your loss." Who does that?? We just needed an hour to go home, check, and come back. It was a done sale. What a silly man. Spent 8k on Ashley Furniture next door. Can't imagine this "family bisiness" survives for much longer.

Rude customer service. We were ready to buy but the salesman just kept belittling us. He kept getting so angry when we wanted to see something else. Finally secretly texted who I was with to end the conversation so we can head to another store. We shouldn't feel "in danger" at a furniture store. And boy when we said we were leaving, he groaned, mumbled God knows what under his breath and turned his back. No goodbye, no thanks for coming in, nothing. No wonder that store was empty.

My husband and I went here today. I stayed in the car because it's raining pretty heavily. We were prepared to spend a few thousand on a couch, but when my husband walked in and was wiping his shoes on the entry mat, the employee looked him up and down, judged his clothes, and said she wasn't going to help him and that she would help the couple on the other side of the store instead. ? I guess if you don't "look" wealthy, they will diss you. He wasn't as bothered. He's a chill guy, but it bothered me.

*Buyer beware*Great furniture selection. Very poor customer service.I bought a couch and sofa set here, and I also purchased a protection plan in addition to the one year store warranty. I was told that if I had any problems to send an email to them and the issue would be resolved.The couch arrived earlier than expected, but the delivery men gouged the leather during delivery. Since then I've called multiple times, sent numerous emails, and there's been no response. I went into the store and they gave me a number to call. No one answers at that number, or returns my calls. The warranty company told me I can't use the warranty because Lina's delivery men scratched the couch. Needless to say I'm very angry. I would only shop here if you have no choice.
