FIVE STARS! My family had to take over the account for my dearly loved aunt whom passed unexpectedly. The management and staff went above and beyond in helping through the process of us asking so many questions and needing their help and guidance in clearing out the storage. All was incredibly fair, with great big hearts, and in the essence of down to earth service. Couldn’t recommend more. Thanks to Nick and all on location.

We've been leasing units from Storage Solutions since 2017. First two, then three, then six! We're currently back down to one double length unit.
The manager, Rose (and her deceased husband Jerry) took excellent care of us during that whole period. I couldn't recommend highly enough!
Recently, we were told that rates were going up. Even more recently, I learned that Rose had been terminated (and shorted her vacation/sick time...which is may be legal in Arizona but it isn't kind.)
Anyway, while I was there on Saturday dropping of some stuff at my unit, I had an empty cardboard box for a 75" TV that was too big for my garbage can at home. I went to the office to request the key to the dumpster (as I had many times over the past 7 years). No one was in the office and the door was locked. This was mid morning, so maybe the new manager was catching a quick nap? Anyway, the lids on the dumpster were both up so I started to throw stuff in the dumpster over the wall.
At that point, the 'roided-out new manager came roaring and spitting out of the office saying "NO! NO! NO!." He looked to be a foot taller than me (6'-10"?), but maybe it was an illusion. I was strangely calm. But later was I felt a little miffed that, as a long time customer, I was treated so poorly.
You know what they say, people tend to vote with their feet. When my lease expires...I believe I'll move. My loyalty to Storage Solutions obviously isn't reciprocated. I hear that better deals are available nearby.
