Limited selection of jeans. Can’t manage to find just a regular pair of jeans.
Staff was too busy giggling at each other to stop and try to help when I approached them.
Will not be going back.
They do have some cute sweaters- only reason they are getting a 2 star.

Very bad experience, I took it yesterday, it's a shame it's one of my favorite stores, I guess it was the manager or some second of the manager. purchase, I think he behaved that way, even a little rude when I asked him if he spoke Spanish so I could communicate better because I had some doubts about the prices and his answer was take it or not, it should be clarified that he was not waiting in line to rush me That way I respect and understand those situations when there are too many people and the employees can't cope but here it was not the case and I don't even ask for my number because of course since I speak Spanish, what are you going to think that I have had a membership for years, what a barbarity, very That man is a despot. I hope he is not rude to the other employees and buyers. I hope he was just having a bad day, but I couldn't stop making a review because he made me feel very bad and even made my daughter feel like what's wrong. That Mr. Mami? I hope they catch your attention Old Navy, it's a shame I don't remember his name, only the ATM number I mentioned at the top.

If your out here shopping with your family and you or your kids happen to need to use the restroom, good luck. The restrooms are completely disgusting!!! I’m a truck driver and I have seen cleaner restrooms at truck stops than this. Completely unacceptable
