I’ve been going here since 2014, and it’s so sad to say but this has to be the worst office, if I was able to find a different health care in the short time I have left in my pregnancy I would. Was told to come in to get tested and am still waiting for results that was days ago. I don’t recommend. Dr. Howard is no longer practicing and even when he was here he wasn’t the same doctor he was before. 1/10

Dr. Howard was the best doctor here now that he's gone I'm no longer putting up with this place. I called to make an appointment and never received a call back. Made an appointment online never heard anything back and I've been a patient here since 2017. The attitude and inconsistencies are way too much to deal with.

Dr. Davidson is amazing never had any problems with him but the lady who answers the calls for appts or questions is EXTREMELY RUDE all the time for NO REASON at all! I cannot stand talking to her, considering going to a different ob because there’s no direct line to the drs office, goes straight to the lady. Alexis at the Avondale location is also extremely rude. Get new office ladies they are horrible to talk to

Dr. Howard is unprofessional. Scheduled myself and other women for procedures all on the same day. I didn't even need it after I received a second opinion

I feel absolutely blessed to have had the experience I had. Dr Howard was always reassuring and supportive, he made sure to completely explain everything to us and made sure we never felt like a burden. He was absolutely amazing throughly my labor and made me feel completely supported through the whole experience. I would most definitely go here again when my wife decides to conceive. It was a blessing to have the same doctor that delivered me, deliver my baby. Thank you!!!

This place doesn’t seem to have patient care in mind. In the last year I’ve had 2 miscarriages that they confirmed and sent me off no follow up or anything okay fine. Went there again another time as I was referred back with the reason I had swelling in my lady area and the doctor said idk what it is and when I asked what I should do he said he idk. I was like what!? So I had to figure that out. Went again for my pap told them multiple times I’ve had abnormal paps even gave them my old records and still every time it was like they had no idea, but when the results came back It took two weeks after the results were received a voicemail to them and a message on the app to the doctor before anybody called me back to go over my results. So then I schedule a colposcopy I was supposed to go back in two weeks for my results and I was scheduled for four weeks on the wrong day as I’m only able to go on Wednesdays had to reschedule that another week out waited two hours to have the colposcopy done and two hours to have the results read to me which never happened because I ended up walking out. No one came in to check or to say you know running behind like I understand there’s gonna be a wait, but no one follows up with you nobody checks on you nobody communicates with you, and still no results. I have no idea if everything is fine or not but since they don’t seem to be worried about it, I’m assuming I shouldn’t be either. I feel so disappointed and disrespected with this place and will not be returning.

The worst. I called and made an appt initially asked for a PA they said I had to see Dr so I was scheduled with DR Howard. I show up at 9:15 (as they ask to be there early) for my 9:30am appt. I was asked around 9:30 if I would be ok with seeing a PA since Dr Howard was not in yet. WHICH you guys initially said you had to schedule me with a Dr!!! And how is it my appt time and he not be in yet. I waited until almost 10:30am ,1 hr past my appointment time and still no where to be called anytime soon I got up and told them to cancel my visit. So unprofessional and you guys need to respect others time as you like yours respected!! Save your twine and take your business elsewhere!

They are AMAZING!!! I was new to the area when I got pregnant and was scared about choosing the right provider since my 1st pregnancy was high risk and with a premature baby. Since day Dr. Srivastava and the entire team made me feel super comfortable and started the correct treatment to ensure I had a smooth pregnancy and a full term baby. They are truly the best!!!!!

They have been bought out by Florida and no longer accept insurance through the market place. So any AZ insurance through United they don’t take. Mind you we pay a lot of money for insurance but it’s not good enough. Anyways, I was completely distraught because I found out my baby stopped growing and I knew I needed a d&c. I wanted to be seen here because they did all my prenatal care. I left in tears. My husband went in to find out how much out of pocket and they lady said $150 for the visit. So we decided to stay just to confirm baby had stopped developing. Tell me why I got a bill today for $180 for that visit? It’s completely disheartening and dishonest. I paid even more the next day for the ultrasound. To confirm no fetal pole. The doctor NEVER followed up or called with the next steps. This all took place at 11/3. I’m glad they don’t take my new insurance because I found someone else who really cares about our loss and prioritized helping us with our loss. Sorry I love you Dr Howard but Davidson is not it and the billing practices are completely ridiculous and dishonest.

I just want to start with, I absolutely love Dr. Howard and he is the only reason I come here. The office staff themselves are also friendly and make my check ins very easy. However, today (11/02/22) I had a very frustrating and inconvenient experience with the front desk. On 10/31 they called and left a voicemail that my 11/03 appt needed to be rescheduled, as Dr. Howard will be out. Lady on the phone offered me 11/02 @ 11:30am as the soonest available appt. I even said to her that it would be difficult to swing that appt because of work, but I went ahead and took it anyways. So I was rescheduled for 11/02. I called again on 11/01 @ 4:15pm just to MAKE SURE it really was scheduled for 11/02 @ 11:30am, as my mobile app was still showing an appointment on 11/03 @ 11:30am. Lady that answered the phone at first didn't even see my appt and then corrected herself saying "sorry, yes you're scheduled for tomorrow (11/02) @ 11:30 with Lauren". I STILL asked one more time if she was POSITIVE- as that's not what my mobile app is reflecting. And she insisted yes, 11/02. So come today, I take the time off work to be able to manage making it to this appt- and the lady at reception tells me "so you're scheduled for tomorrow at 11:30.." I immediately tell her that's not correct, as again- I CALLED TWICE to make SURE it was today 11/02. She asks "do you know who you spoke with?" Which is an infuriating question in itself as- A. The lady I spoke with not once mentioned her nice (as they should.) and B. Don't you guys log it in your system? Anyways, she says she'll ask Dr. Lauren if I can be seen today, just to come back and tell me "so she's tripled book today and said tomorrow since you're already scheduled." Absolutely not. I already had to cancel my original time off of 11/03 just to accommodate the SUPPOSED rescheduled of 11/02. So at this point, I just left and said forget it. I'll just be back in another 2 weeks for my set appointment of 11/17. Not only am I embarrassed for the office, but I am also highly upset as they clearly didn't know what they were doing/saying- wasted my time and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to see a doctor and ask my questions. Completely unprofessional. I hope they don't inconvenience me again as I would hate to have to switch doctors offices for a 3rd time. Like I said, I love Dr. Howard but I will not put up with disorganized staff. Completely their fault and unfair to the patient.

When they are in the room, the care is outstanding. But, they are always running behind on appointments making it fairly difficult to schedule around work. Generally an appt at 10am would get done around 1230. (Only seeing the doc for approx 20 minutes of that time)

Had apt on on aug22 and need a follow up apt , this office never call you back with anything, if you don’t keep calling for results or appointments, they never bother to call you,Worst doctors office i jave ever encounteredPlease don’t bother with this office very disappointed

Listen to the other reviews! I called to make an appt for my little sister who was experiencing some discomfort. The receptionist Debbie was very rude. When I took my sister in, she had a few swabs done and lab results came back for a YI. The dr left a note in her lab “no treatment prescribed” When I called to ask why, the receptionist said they don’t usually prescribe anything for a YI! This clinic is a liability to let women walk around with untreated YI’s. Bought her some Monistat since this clinic is useless
