Went into Verizon to upgrade 3 S22 phones to S 25 models. Jay was very patient and helped us transfer our apps and settings. Great customer service and atmosphere. Well was told thst it was a free upgrade. All 3 are being charged $350 account fees. Make sure that the free phone upgrade is actually free !!!
