ABLE TO PICK AT HIS BRAIN..PROS CONS.. DIDN'T SEEM TO BE BOTHERED HOW MANY TIMES I ASKED QUESTIONS. NO PRESSURE..KNOWLEDGEABLE OF MY CAR I WAS SEEKING!
EMILY, MGR WAS INVOLVED...CAME BY TO INTRODUCE HERSELF...PICKED HER BRAIN AS WELL, HAD NO ISSUES ANSWERING QUESTIONS I HAD. THE EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT, QUICK & HASSLE FREE..SMOOTH AND AS PROMISED!

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. I went there multiple times with my grandpa to get his car coverage corrected and replaced, and from the very beginning nothing was handled the way they promised. The first employee we spoke to said she would fix the issue, but nothing ever happened.
We went back and talked to Alex in the finance department. He told me to call the number on the coverage, so I did — and they told me Kia needed to submit additional information. I went back and told Alex, and he said he was waiting on other employees to arrive and that he would “take care of it.” I waited, but no one ever showed up.
I returned at 12 to ask if it was finally fixed, and instead of helping, Alex got loud and defensive, saying, “I looked you in your eyes I’m going to get it fixed today.” That was a lie. Nothing was done, and we were just given the runaround again.
This place is unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unreliable. Don’t waste your time here.

This was hands down the BEST experience eve in a purchase of a car! Samantha Burke was our sales person & she was absolutely amazing!! She was professional & knowledgeable of the KIA brand!! She went above and beyond with her customer service and wanted to thank her for always be so prompt in answering all our questions!

HUGE shoutout to Paul Steenman in the service department and his crew! Paul was very professional and very courteous. He went above and beyond and kept me informed throughout the day about the service needs for my car. His team identified issues and he had the best recommendations and he even found me a rebate for the tires purchased! I am so grateful and appreciative to Paul and this Kia dealership!

I have many great things to say about the Service Department at Ken Garff Kia Avondale. The team here goes above and beyond - not just to fix your car, but to make sure you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. My vehicle was serviced quickly and effectively, and even gave it a complementary wash before returning it: such a nice touch! Whether it’s routine maintenance or a complex repair, I trust this team completely. They treat you like family, and your car like their own. They only care about sales, huge employee turn around service advisors miss guide their customers a shortcut services to get people in and out. Overall, just shady service practice. They told my wife she had staggered wheels because they were too lazy to do tire rotations, which caused her car to prematurely wear her tires more than likely for the incentive for her to purchase tires from the dealership service manager who was a fill-in because the previous service manager had left promised compensation of a service transmission flush since the date of it was supposedly done. The vehicle runs sluggish. Going forward with communication with corporate until they get this, right

Don’t come here for service, unless you want to pay $209 for a 21 point inspection for a serious problem on your car. They wouldn’t even attempt any other diagnostics on my car because my battery “looked bad”. However other places I went said the battery was just fine from their meters.
