Good selection at this Ross, however the cashier working 1/14/25 in the morning needs to be polite to ALL customers.

It was a long line, which I understand especially so close to the holidays, but the cashiers were SLOW, the girl in the corner, believe was ginger was nice and quick. Although the girl destiny helping my other friends (2), were treated rude and had their change at them. I don’t ever write reviews but she was especially bad, talking to other employees (making the line stop and go longer), she was rude and cold, and thrown charge causing the coins to fall on the floor. Again the girl in the corner away from her, didn’t caught her name was fantastic.

Line to the back of the store and only 1 register open. Horrible experience. Management need to get it together here. Especially for the holiday.

Whenever I go, I see very long queue, and very few counters opened. Today, there were more than 30+ customers in queue and only two counters were in open which is ridiculous. I stood for more than 30 minutes in queue. Not going to visit this again.

Are you flipping kidding me? Once again they have at least 30 different people standing in line and only one cashier. There were Ross employees all over the flipping building but one freaking cashier. Are you kidding me? There were literally multiple people who left carts full of merchandise because the line wasn't moving. Great job Ross, saved lots of money on that paying someone else to help check out but you lost way more than that in the people that didn't feel like standing in line for an hour. Super intelligent move their friends

Ross is a great place to buy gifts but you have to expect to be in line for an hour at this location. Line literally went to the back of the store . They need to hire more for the holidays

This is definitely the worst Ross I’ve been to. It was really messy was super hot in the smells not so great.
I was taking my time looking at stuff because a had an appointment near by at one Point security kept following me didn’t really care until it started getting uncomfortable. Ignored it and a cashier started following me as well.
This place is probably used to ppl stealing but be more professional about it.
And the cashier had the nastiest attitude gave me my change and walked away I had to reach over the counter to be able to get my bag.
Definitely the manager should train these people better.

Didn’t let us use the bathroom but on a really

And with very poor manners
Very unhappy we end up having to walk across the parking lot to a business to use a bathroom.

What’s with only one cashier?! Instead of you having some check ur bag/receipt at the door when they’re literally standing next to the register, you’re checking out at, hop on the register and help your girl out! They’re more than likely to steal in the middle of the store than at the register that you’re standing at!!! Common sense ain’t so common With Ross employees.
