Ross has great offerings. However, this location is not the one to go to. As a reviewer mentioned, it's always chaos! Clothes all around the floor, toys scattered on the floor walkways. They even had to announce on the speakers for parents to control their children! With so much chaos, it usually discourages me to continue shopping. The Marshall's next by is the much more calm. I usually go there after taking a peek at what this location has to offer.

Although the discounts are great the store it self is always in disarray. Feel bad for the employees who have to clean up the mess

My granddaughter's favorite store. Lots of goodies and styles. My only concern was they didnt have enough registers open and the line was not managable for me. (am disabled and only had my cane, not my walker). We visited in early November and the line was already wrapping towards the back of the store, I'll have to avoid until the holiday rushes are behind us.

My daughter and I went shopping with my sister on November 5th. We live in the Midwest and we were visiting family in Arizona. My daughter is type 1 diabetic. Her glucose got very low. So next to Ross is a boba place and I stopped to get her one so she can drink it and her glucose can go up. We wanted to check out Ross and the security lady outright refused to let us shop due to my daughter having her drink. I offered to hold it to not risk any accidents or spills and she still refused. I let her know about my daughters T1D and my daughters dexcom was even going off but the lady absolutely did not care. I feel like the way she went about it could have been different. I technically could have made a bigger thing of it, but I refused to in front of my daughter. I suggest whoever is the manager to look up laws regarding people with health conditions and disabilities. The next person may not take is as well as I did. We ended up going to Marshalls instead. Safe to say I won’t be shopping at that Ross. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is one of the most disgusting filthy dirty stores I have ever set foot in. It literally looked like a tornado went through it. Most items were laying on the floor or thrown on the shelves. The greeter was in dirty sweats and shoes. I will never return to this store.

It's ARIZONA and you can't go in the store with a closed bottle of WATER. I get it if it were to be any soft drinks or what not but it wasn't. PLUS there were no signs at the entrance stating no drinks. It would have been less embarrassing to see the no drinks sign instead of BEING CALLED OUT BY THET "SECURITY" or whatever she was. We didn't even continue to shop we just left. And you lost a customer.

I had a very disappointing experience at Ross due to the behavior of their Loss Prevention Officer, Joseph. From the moment I arrived, he was rude and unwelcoming. When I entered, he told me there were only 20 minutes left until closing, but the cashier announced there were 35 minutes. This inconsistency was frustrating. As I continued my shopping, Joseph repeatedly approached me and urged me to head to the cashier, even though I still had plenty of time to shop. His impatience was clear when he asked, "Are you going to buy anything?" while I had a cart full of items. I reminded him that I still had time, and he was unprofessional in his response. I even asked him who pays his check, emphasizing that it's the customers, and he stayed quiet. This entire encounter was unprofessional and made me extremely upset. It's disheartening to see that other reviews mention similar issues, and it appears that management is indifferent to these concerns. This experience has left me with a negative impression of Ross.

This is a messy store with long lines (like all Ross's), but if you want great dog toys at low prices, shop here. I have nine little dogs who destroy toys with great glee, so I am always on the lookout for replacements. My friend dragged me to Ross to get clothes for her grandson and I wandered off to look at their pet stuff. Toys that would cost 15.00 at a pet store, or even Walmart, are 5.99. I've gotten carried away a few times because big toys are so cheap. I forget my dogs range from 4-20 pounds, but they try to haul these toys around anyway. So ignore the mess and chaos if you have pets and go here.

I really wish I could give a better star rating, but not once, not twice, but every single time I go to this location it’s chaos. The greeters are always friendly, which is nice, but I feel like the cashiers hate their job, they’re not very friendly, but I can get over that. What I can’t really get over, is how dirty the store seems. The lighting is very dim, which maybe that’s why it seems dingy, but there are clothes all over the floor, I understand customers probably do that, but there should be someone going around and trying to keep the store somewhat clean. I literally was tripping over and bumping my stroller into clothes and hangers and shoes thrown all over the floor. The selection has gotten less and less when it comes to quality. I love the store Ross, but this location is really sad. And also the fact that they don’t have a public restroom, or they do but they don’t allow customers to use. It is disappointing. Especially when you’re eight months pregnant and have a hard time controlling your bladder with a child kicking it.

[August 5, 2023]I went shopping here for school khaki shorts! I thought I found a nice pair for my nephew but when I gave them to him & he tried them on at home they were way to big & fell right off of him! They had the wrong size hanger on the shorts & when I checked out they didn't notice! We live on different sides of town so I had to make an extra trip in the heat to get the shorts to take them back to the store by me!

My wife wanted to go and that's the only reason I went. After going inside and seeing the clothes all over the floor throughout, it made me remember why I have never liked this business anywhere. However, this facility is worse than any of the others throughout the Phoenix AZ community.
