I’ve been to this location a few times and each time the experience has gotten worse. I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday at 2pm and I had to bring the car to the shop since they had to recalibrate my car. I dropped the car off at 1:45pm and they didn’t start working on my car until 3pm. I only know this cause I have an app for my car that alerts me when my car is unlocked or windows are down. I got a call around 4:45pm saying my car was done. When I got to the location, my car was parked outside and the door were unlocked. I walked inside and the girl asked me if the technician had called me. I said yes but only to say the car was ready. She informed me that the car couldn’t be recalibrated because the third party company had closed for the day so I need to bring my car back and all my safety features were off. This was annoying because I have a busy schedule and this meant I had to make time to come back which was an issue on Safelites part for starting in my car an hour after my scheduled appointment. I made an appointment to come back and I was told it would take 45 minutes. I then mentioned to the girl at the desk that my car doors were unlocked and instead of apologizing, she made an excuse saying that the guy had just parked the car before I walked in. I don’t care if my car was unlocked for 30 seconds or 30 minutes, it’s the fact that my car was locked and it was a reckless move on the technicians part cause anything can happen within minutes. I ended up leaving and coming back on Monday. The technician told me that it would take 30-40 minutes to recalibrate and it’s now taking 1.5 hours. Just a overall horrible experience and a waste of 2 days and a few hours each day.

Explained everything. Worked directly with my insurance company. Easy to make appointment even with me having to change it twice. Windshield looks great. Highly recommend.

Had a chip in my windshield that they repaired quickly and perfectly. Could not even tell where the chip was.

Never doing business with these people again, the tech damaged my vehicles and the managers didn't make it right not worth the headache don't come here

This is of no fault of this location, per se however, Safelite lost my business with their automated phone system hanging up on me after giving a link for a quote online.

The service tech. Elliott was top of his game he was very nice and professional when asked a question, he answered in a nice way .. he showed up on time. Fast and easy. I love the Safelite in Avondale.

I am trying to make an appointment. It won't let me finish an appointment because it won't understand that I have Allstate Insurance. And I try and find someone to help me with it but not one person will answer the phone what a great company Safelite is that can't even answer their own damn phone that just really sucks for us people that are trying to reach somebody for help to try and spend money in their shop well whatever Safelite y'all suck

2-22-24: Through my insurance, I used Safelite in Avondale for a replacement front windshield. Flawless execution! From the initial phone call to pre service day emails and texts; to the front counter help checking in on the day of; to the followup with Juan who was my installer. EXCELLENT and THANK YOU!

Fast service and affordable out of pocket cost. Lobby is really clean, and so are the bathrooms. Which is important to me. Staff was very polite and friendly. Pleasantly cool and complementary drinks and snacks.

Hosea and the front staff took care of me and my wife. They were fast and very understanding of what we needed to get us back on the road. You can't miss Hosea, if his personality doesn't grab you, his mustache will. Thank you for your help!
