the employees that work here are standoffish to say the LEAST. i went in there to buy a perfume (that i have) and when i asked your employee if you guys carried a bigger size than what was on display, (because i bought the biggest size from sephora) she laughed in my face and said the 1.7 oz bottle is the largest size that the Kayali perfumes come in and i can afford the largest size which is why i know it comes in a larger one... so not only are your employees rude they're also uneducated and lack any ambition to help PAYING customers

I would not recommend paying by card, I bought ONE item, the cashier Lady said an error occured and she had to redo the whole Transaction. So the item git scanned again, I swiped again...all good. Until I checked my account the next day and noticed the double transaction. At first the bank gave me my money back, but since sephora claimed I bought the item twice in two seperate transaction. My money is lost! A big, big scam!!!! Might just be an untrustworthy employee but still very, very disappointing. I learned a lesson. If there is ever a transaction denied they better give me proof!!!

Came in today, to purchase an Amika Set. The cashier was very rude in Sephora. I kindly asked for a sample, she gave me 1 sample for one product. I’ve worked for sephora before, we give out a minimum of 2 samples, due to depending the hair length and whether it’s thick, medium, or thin. She gave out attitude, that i do not appreciate and had a face. First worst experience.

For me this experience was great; the associates didn't hover and I was left alone until I went to check out. The girl that helped me was friendly and helped me sign up for the rewards at which point she used the fact that we share a similar birthrate to relate to me. Customer service 101 and she nailed it!!

The staff is very rude, and I called because I had a question. The employee was so rude she screamed at me over the phone and she didn’t even answer my question.

HORRIBLE!Do not go to this location. Workers are rude!!! Also! if you get a gift card at this location it won’t work at other locations other than at kohls locations. They don’t carry any of the standalone store products. And if you expect them to help you with a product that ain’t going to happen because the workers have no clue how the products work.

Four stars as service was great and check out time was fast. I found a few items I liked and at good prices.The store is a bit crowded in isles, and some shelves in disarray.Didn't see but one worker on the floor.Woman's selections were all over on display; hardly any men's compared to women's.

I LOVE THE STORE! HOWEVER, Sephora lacks customer service. I was contemplating this review. However, this is the third time that I was not greeted or asked if I needed help with anything. After spending $400.00 on Christmas gifts, a little assistance would have been nice. I was searching for cologne to add on to my purchase, and they were all too busy setting up products. I feel like returning all my products after that horrible experience. My products

I can not do a 1/2 star! I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied and disappointed with Kohl's in Avondale, AZ on North Dysart Road. First,most of the products are mixed up and we had to read each tag to make sure of the sale item matched the clothes we wanted. Second, when my 12 year old son is in the dressing room don't have female employees stand at the closed door he's in. Third, when the father of the said 12 year old son is trying to hand his son different clothes and check the size don't try and block him. Fourth, when you stare at the father as he is with his son and eyeball him while he's getting different clothes, it raises extreme uneasy feelings and emotions of anger. Fifth, DO NOT give the father/customer evil eye and stare the father down!!!! Sixth , when I bring up a concern to the cashier -that you need to talk to a manager about it-don't ignore it or try and pacify the very concerned father/customer---call a manager!. Seventh, wait until the customer leaves the fitting room before collecting from the bin or checking the changing rooms; YOUR store was not that busy-you permanently locked a full emergency egress!!!! Eighth, I'll be closing this corporate credit card thanks to this very negatively epic and awkward experience!! I use to only shop at Kohl's and this experience has changed my mind! Finally: I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT THIS KOHLS OR ANY KOHLS EVER AGAIN! Hello Walmart, Target and back to Amazon!!
