Bought a new mattress as yes customer service is horrible and they like to blame it on a third party delivery system they have. So if you buy a bed make sure you tell them you don’t want the worthless 3 party to deliver your bed and for an actual sleep number person to come out because if you let them leave without it being setup they will not send someone out to help fix the problem your on your own.

Elise was absolutely amazing fromthe second we walked into the store. Her knowledge of the bedding was exceptional. Her patience with our questions was impressive. We spent hours trying the product being it's a steep purchase. She never seemed flustered or impatient. She is definitely a nig asset to your corporation.

I had a sleep number bed a while ago. Decided to try a "hybrid". It's been OK, but no sleep number. Larry at the store was so helpful in teaching me some of the features on the newer sleep number beds. I bought my last one 20 years ago....pre sleep IQ

This store without my consent or authorization changed my credit account. Sara and jackal lied to me. The manager elisie failed to address anything. Do not go to this store. Buy online ! Or somewhere else. Terrible

Purchased new i8 bed 2 months ago. Staff was very good…! But still having problems getting comfortable. Settings ranging between 35-70. Feels like a balloon in softer settings. Tried to return after 1 month and would only refund 50% of cost. They would not take the base back. But did provide a free bed cover…which made it a little better. Over $10k for a bed? I expected much better bed. Now I’m stuck with a bed I don’t feel is anywhere near it’s value. The accessories are even more expensive! Other reviews saying the have remotes…!? I never got a remotes for my bed? Calling store tomorrow!!

READ THIS... just purchased a new bed a few months ago. Spent over $10k including a few accessories. Still having problems trying to find the right setting.. from 35 to 70. It felt like a balloon in softer settings. They provided me with a "free" foam bed cover. Seemed to take the balloon feeling away. The risk is much too high once you find out that returning the bed may get you HALF of what you paid. With all these issues, are you will to spend that much money on a bed? By the way, the accessories are priced too high as well.

Walked into the store not expecting to go through the whole process, but Jerret was beyond helpful. He helped us understand different models and showcased the upgrades and features across all mattresses and bases. He was also very patient as we had our 4 year old with us. We were never pressured into buying something we didn’t need and left with the feeling that we made the best choice for our situation. The mattress is amazing, but the real winner is their customer service. For once I’m glad I went in and spoke with a sales rep in person.

Our sales person was I guess fairly new and didn't know everything but he still did great.ended up buying a bed. Haven't received it yet.

First off make sure the sales person gives you prices for everything. Do get talked into buying two sets of sheets for almost 400 bucks. Secondly, the delivery setup team is a joke. Gave us dead batteries in our remotes, breezed over info packets and warranty info. Could tell they wanted to be in and out. There will also be no follow up from the store to ensure things went smoothly and install was completed. They just worry bout making money. I wouldn’t buy from this store
