Jeremiah made our design process for our home addition very smooth. He was able to turn around designs in a reasonable timeframe and was accommodating to any changes we had to make. We just passed our final inspection on a new single family house in Buckeye. We tried to do the drawings but couldn't get passed the approval process for several months. We turned to Jeremiah to recreate the drawings with his expertise and within three weeks the plans were drawn and approved. Jeremiah knew exactly what needed to be completed and he made some excellent suggestions for improvements which we immediately adopted. We'll definitely utilize Small Fish Drafting in the future! We love our new house thanks to Jeremiah's assistance.

We are building a 530sf ADU/pool house, and we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted it to be. We took the concept to Jeramiah and he was awesome. He made really good suggestions to fine tune the overall design, and he helped with literally everything in dealing with the city for a permit. We got a permit in hand so quickly that now I am rushing around to start getting bids. I never imagined we'd be moving this fast.

I contracted with Jeremiah to do the plans for an RV garage In mid January 2019. As of today April 5 2019 I have not received my plans. I also can not get any response from him or his associates. I would not recommend using them.

We needed to plan the complete remodel of our Master Suite. The project included moving & adding walls & doorways, relocating sewer & plumbing lines, and moving & adding electrical lines and fixtures. We contacted Jeremiah and made plans for an onsite design session. Jeremiah reviewed our project requirements and quickly created the initial design. While Jeremiah was onsite we were able to review the designs on his laptop and make real-time updates - this was a huge benefit to see the overall floor-plan and make changes on the fly. After the onsite design process, Jeremiah finalized the details of the plans over the next week. We reviewed the final design via email, and then went to the city for a permit. There were no issues or redlines in the permitting process and we able to start our remodel project immediately. We have worked with other drafters and architects for other projects and Jeremiah easily set the standard for speed, efficiency, and ease to work with. Thanks Jeremiah!
