Jeremiah is the man, he has being doing this work for a long time and is a subject matter expert when it comes to getting a set of plans ready for permit and drawing. Honest guy as well. Hope you enjoy working with him as much as I have.

We used Jeremiah to draft plans for our small home addition and he did excellent work at very fair prices, and helped us navigate through the backlogged city planning office for a permit. Highly recommended.
