I hope people read reviews before coming to this store as wish we had. All we wanted to do was trade in an android and finance an iPhone. The sales associate said we couldn't and but qualified for a "promotion" to get the iPhone and without telling us added 4 lines to the account and gave us the maxed service plan. So instead of what would have been an additional $50 for financing an iPhone, it made the phone bill $290 after being charged a $440 prorated month. Had to call customer support just to have them fix the sales associates massacre of our account. Once I read other reviews, we are not the first people with the same issue at this store.

Gaby and Charlie really went out there way to help me out when i came in to purchase a phone and made the process for me really quick and simple! Definitely come here and see them whenever you feel like switching to T-Mobile!

Corporate says go here to return an item even though it's a 3rd party store. The store says no and to call corporate again. Corporate should either not recommend going to 3rd party stores or just drop them as distributors completely. No pros, just cons as far as I'm aware of.

Jayden P. Help me with upgrading my phone from android to Apple. He was very patient and understood my needs as well, answered all my questions. Charlie the store manager went above and beyond to help me get the best deal for iPhone 15 pro max. Great and knowledgeable team and I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

We were just in there to purchase a new phone, but the girl who was "helping" us had a horrible attitude. We were trying to upgrade a phone but the prices were way different in-store than online. It didn't add up to us. We started to leave but I came back in to ask a question that I forgot to ask while I was in there (I was flustered with the bad attitude.) I waited for a few minutes and there was only one person on the floor helping someone else. I heard talking in the back, so I poked my head around the corner and asked for help, but the customer service rep with the bad attitude just stared at me. So I asked the same question again. Then she continued with the attitude. I was being nice until she gave the bad attitude again and that was the last straw with this "rep". Are these really the type of employees you're hiring? I'd tell you what her name was, but she was wearing a jacket that covered up her name tag. We went to another T-Mobile store where we happily gave our money to them. We also found out that your store is a third-party store and occasionally scams their customers. Which would make sense as to why they were trying to charge us twice as much. If you need to visit a T-Mobile store, go to a corporate store, not this dump.
