Food was as ordered, hot and delicious. They have 3 kiosks now that you order your food on. No one is greeting the customers as they walk in, it is a very self service feel to the experience. No music was playing in the lobby which effected the atmosphere.

Gave our food away and then had to rush for the next one. Didn’t cook all the way. Love the other sites of this restaurant , not a fan here.

They handed us our food with the frys SPILLED into to the bag and forgot a burger, when I called the restaurant, Sarah informed me they don’t do refunds even though I had a receipt and if I have any questions to summit them online. Zero effort to fix their mistake! Horrible service!

So this review is not my first time at the habit I’ve actually gone here quite a few times over the course of a few weeks now. The first few times were great I’ve only Ordered their green beans which have always been made to my liking. Two weeks ago I noticed that there was a new cook. I ordered the green beans and they came out burnt. I mean the crust was absolutely brown so much so that when The employee handed it to me she said, do you want us to remake it? I see that it is a little brown. So I asked please if you don’t mind, can you just ask if it can be lightly fried. They made it and it came out the same way again so I left it didn’t even get a refund. I just threw it away. I didn’t want to bother well I decided to try again today and this time. I also asked if they can make it lightly fried and again Burnt way overcooked And made by the same cook.

Service is very good ? as well as the food ??. This place looks new and so clean that it looks like they just open a few days ago. Restrooms ? are kept clean and stocked. I like the booth style seating that it feels so much like walking into a sit down restaurant. There is outside seating available also. The drive thru is nice and there is plenty of parking ?️ space for both regular and handicap ♿ vehicles.Parking: Plenty of parking in front of establishment and across the parking lot.

I would do zero stars if I could. Waiting 40 mins in the drive thru and 20 mins for someone to take my order on the speaker is unacceptable. Never coming back.

This new screen self order it’s annoying, I got there with my kid trying to make my order and the coworkers ignore you and expect you to place an entire order In the screen by yourself. I got a 4 year old running all over the place O don’t have time for that.

Service was terrible on Sunday. I placed an order on habit website for delivery. I received my order and it was missing bacon in my 2 salads and I was missing 10 crispy chicken bites. I called Habit I was hung up on my Debbie, called back spoke to another woman she told me to call DoorDash customer service and they will send someone out to deliver was is missing. I then call DoorDash and Kari, she was also rude, tells me to call Habit since I ordered on website so they can request the delivery or refund me. I explained what habit told me and Kari spoke over me told me I was wrong and was very very rude, no customer service at all. So I called Habit back and they said only way to get anything resolved I needed to either go to the location or provide feedback. This makes absolutely no sense. I paid an extra $10.50 to have the food delivered so why would I go to the location if I already paid for the service. I would like a complete refund. This is ridiculous and the lack of customer service was insane. Being given the run around by Habit and DoorDash is very disappointing. Why offer this service if when there are problems there is no quick solution?

We waited 40 minutes for our order! Food was like it was thrown together.
