My daughter made an appointment for 3 PM she checked in at 3. I asked if they had any openings for me she said yes at 4 I told her I would take it but may have to cancel depending on how long it would take. She said if I can called they would note that and I couldn't book at any Ulta salon. So I asked well whats the penalty if the stylist was late since Dominique wasn't done with the person before her. Dominique then said we have a 15 minute grace period and I asked what if we were 16 minutes late we would have been penalized? She wouldn't answer. We had to wait 11 minutes before she was done and could take my daughter who was on time. I cancelled my appointment I had originally made for the upcoming Monday. Ulta you need to do better and not penalized the client and not the stylist for making people wait its very poor customer service. You deserve 0 stars

Went in to do a return/bye back, so a discount code could apply. Yuli was very nice and curteous and got me squared away in a timely manner. Def drop by for that awesome customer service. You rock Yuli.

I came to this Ulta for an all-over color transformation on December 4th and paid $171. What I ended up with was extremely uneven, patchy color and damaged, dry hair from the bleach they used. Parts of my hair were black, other parts burgundy, and the ends were a brassy light brown. My hair was left brittle and over-processed.
I called to schedule a correction, and even though I called ahead letting them know I would be about 10 minutes late because I had to pick up my daughter from school, the stylist I was originally scheduled with refused to service me and was rude about it. I was already upset about the damage from the first appointment, and that attitude made the situation worse.
Thankfully, another stylist agreed to help, but even then they tried to charge me for a trim — even though the damage was caused by the first service. A trim should have been included as part of the correction, not an extra fee. In the end, they only agreed to do the color correction and a treatment, which should have been handled much more professionally from the start.
The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and the unprofessional way I was treated made this whole experience extremely stressful. Ulta needs to train their stylists on customer service and how to properly handle a correction, especially when the original service caused damage.
I will not be returning to this location for salon services.

This review is specifically for Savannah. She helped me pick out a new foundation and primer after listening to my concerns, she matched me perfectly and recommended some great things. Just wanted to say thank you so much girl, I love this foundation!

Been getting my brows done with Kya at the benefit brow bar for a while and I can confidently say there’s no one else like her. She’s always super careful and receptive and cares about the service she provides. I always leave happy and I constantly get compliments on my brows because of her. Highly recommend if you need to get your brows done, or especially if you’ve never done it, she won’t disappoint!

I visited this location to get a few items. While I was there, I inquired about getting my eyebrows done. A young lady told me that the lady who was already doing a gentleman’s eyebrows was good and did them by appointments. This was perfectly fine. The issue is that I walked up to the area where she was finishing up with the gentleman and waited. She spoke, gathered her things and left. To me that was rude and unprofessional. I understand that she only goes by appointments but does that include asking any questions???
Better customer service is needed regardless of race and gender.

I had a hair appt for today at 11:30 I showed up at 11:20 and my hair lady approached me and told me she’d need another 30 minutes so I said okay. I sat waiting until 12:25 basically an hour later and nobody approached me and my hair lady never checked back in so I walked out. Extremely unprofessional and honestly disrespectful.

There were at least 10 people in line behind me at the register. There was one person at the register helping someone with a return that took about 15 minutes. During that time, there were five other people behind the registers but not one of them helping customers.

This Goodyear location on Litchfield needs better customer service and to hire girls that don’t help you because of your race. The lady in the white coat with the curly hair at the door went out of her way to not greet me as I walked in the store(even turned to look at her to make sure it wasn’t a mannequin) stood around for a second and noticed she greeted everyone who walked in after me(fair complexion). Anywho I still shopped and picked up the items that I went into the store for, just saying next time I’ll drive the extra miles to find a store with better customer service.
