While I stood in line, the girls were charging customers for every single item. When my turn came, I had a return to Nike, in its original bag and the associate said I had to buy a new bag, I asked why and she said or pay for tape. I’ve been going to UPS for years, and never had to pay for tape. So annoying. Especially since this is the closest one to me, but I’ll make the trip to another one to avoid this one.

They never answer the phone, but in order to get notary service you have to call in advance. Good Luck!

Wholly unhelpful, use another UPS location.Had a package held & confirmed for pick up through UPS MyChoice. For some reason the location the refused the delivery and returned to sender. Of the 5 or so times I called the store only once was the call answered. When inquired as to why they refused the delivery, "I don't know, there's a lot of people that work here". They suggested I call the 800 customer service line to find out...Didn't even look up the tracking or attempt to help.

They tried to charge me $212 for one package of clothing and another $157 for a small package, last time I only I had to pay $24 for an small item which I then I told the staff that and she go tell me no it’s $157. They definitely tried to scam me don’t go here at all.

This store is so d**** I was charged the equipment fee for my cox box that I sent with these morons. I’m so frustrated that they lost my package and I had to pay for it. Don’t use this store to drop off anything! You call and ask for them to assist, of course they can’t.

they need younger workers who work at good speed, they have an elder working and she take her phones calls during shift while there is 7 people waiting patiently to be assisted with.

I really like this UPS location. It local to me and it is hardly busy. When it is busy the lines move pretty fast.

Wish I would have read some of these feedback comments before I scheduled my appointment here. I scheduled an appointment for 3:10. Waited in line to get to the counter, once I got to the counter I was asked to step over to the computer at the other side of the counter. I waited another 20 / 25 minutes! What's the point of scheduling the appointment? Poor staffing, would not recommend this store
