I arrived at about 10:30 on a Wednesday morning and had no issues. The office is small, only parking spots for roughly 4 or 5 people, but it was quiet. I was primarily the only customer there at the time.
The gentleman running the office was very helpful and kind, explained an unknown process to me very well, and was patient.

Forgot to get the customer service clerk’s name but I think it’s time for him to retire. Years ago he was amazing and lively but late he’s been in a bad mood lately. I heard him throw my package as soon as I walked out the door one time.

Elton was the employee that was helping me. And I say helping loosely. This location didn't have labels for me to actually put on the item that I was shipping. When I asked them if they had something that they would just print out they were unclear on the process. I mainly right in this review to express that that guy needs to work on his customer service. They also need to work on putting out additional supplies. If I can print out a label at my house and slap it on the box and just drop it off. They should be able to do the exact same thing. I shouldn't have to write down the address on the box when they can just input it in the computer and spit out a label. I'm not coming back to this location.

Dirty, employees are very rude and have alot of attitude. Employees should be polite, not complaining about their minimum wage job?.

Lazy employees. They don’t know or can’t help with anything. I went in to ship an item and with it being my first time the guy at the front says I don’t know anything about shipping and nobody in the back does either we’re about to go on break in 5 minutes too. So I said so are you saying that because you guys are going on break or because you really don’t know how to do your job? Terrible experience.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this was very poor service. I rushed here after leaving court house to mail a certified letter. I made it before close but they advised they couldnt mail my letter even after I bought an envelope and addressed it... now I'll have to go somewhere else before work tomorrow to have it mailed.

Hahaha ridiculous employee David. I walked in with all of my packages ready. I Wanted to drop off and get the receipt. The employee David said ‘we are too busy to scan your packages, you either leave them here or go to another office.’ I don’t know what to say, this is why you work at a place where you don’t like and from 9-5. Wish David the best luck!??❤️
