I’m dealing with a situation that’s no so good with Verizon right now but I have to say stoping in to this location and being helped by zebastion was a great help. He was great and documented everything that was needed and went above and beyond what he needed to do with me for this situation. Unfortunately it is still not resolved but will be hopefully soon. Just had to give props to this employee going above and beyond and actually caring about the situation and helping out. So thankyou and this is a prime example of top knotch customer service.

Sat for 2 hours and never got helped. They charge the most and have not enough help and very slow service!!

I went into this store for help, and I understand they’re sales people, so I get it! But they do it here in a way that tries to make the other store / individual you received the original sale from look bad and I, personally, don’t think that’s a good look on anyone or any company… You have a to make money, I know, but not like that!

If you want to have a $1300 for ONE line and then be lied to about the bill being fixed even though it only dropped to $800 instead of the regular $35 bill, you have come to the right place!!!
I left on active duty orders, turned in the equipment. They were supposed to completely whip out the equipment charges and early termination since I showed them my orders. Instead they are charging me taxes and full payment on equipment I turned into them. The worse!!!!
Then when you come to talk to them, they all avoid you like the plague. Lie after lie. Take your business elsewhere that is not Verizon because even their customer service is terrible. Good thing I have the paper receipt.

It was my lucky day today. I lost my phone and had to buy a new one, this was not something i was looking forward to, as there is always something that goes awry for this tech challenged senior. So, at the SanteFe Verizon store on Sunday 1/5/25 Gustavo Ferman waited on me. His usual location is at the Tolleson store, but today he was called into the Ranco SantaFe store, in Avondale. He was friendy, professional, and most of all patient and kind. Of course I had some password issues and he was amazing and finding a solution and getting me 100% set up. I was really very impressed and Gustavo should be recognized for his excellent care of Verizon's customers. Thank you, Shari Brown.

As soon as we came in we were greeted by everyone. Irwin, came and genuinely wanted to help us. I said we needed a replacement sim and asked the cost. He said it is free and went to get it. He brought it out and put it in my son's new cell and took care of registering it for us. I could have done that at home. But he did it right there, no problem. Unlike the other non corporate Verizon stores that made it seem like it was an inconvenience for them to help. Yes, it was a free sim, but we are customers and you would think they would want to help. Irwin, was very helpful and took care of it without me asking much. He also verified that another account was taken care of after my mother's passing. It was such a relief to know that it was taken care of. I had brought in all the paperwork and that is why he was able to help me out so quickly and efficiently. He is very good at his job. He did not make us feel like we were an inconvenience to him as the other people at the other Verizon stores that were not corporate. It was worth the drive to the corporate store off of Rancho Santa Fe, by the Dollar tree.
I will definitely go to this store from now on if we ever need to go to one in person again. The one off Watson is closer, but lacks the social skills and knowledge of Verizon products.
The one off Estrella Parkway wanted to change $40; I will not go to them again. It did not cost me a thing, but my time at the Verizon Corporate store off Rancho Santa Fe. Again, Irvin was excellent he did not try to sell me anything that I did not need or want. He did not try to charge me for the sim, that was priced free on the information I was putting in the Verizon website to change over the new cell phone. I even showed that to the other people, but they don't go by that. Be careful when you go to non corporate Verizon stores. Go to a corporate store.

Trust the reviews. The customer service is extremely awful. Checking in early is not important to the staff. Good luck and make sure you cut an hour off your schedule while they find a solution to the people that are still here and let in before you.

Went to this location 12-20-2024 as a business customer around 1802. I was not assisted because I did not have a physical ID card despite having my iphone
Verizon checks verification by sending a link by text to my phone which they did not do.
I had no issues driving to another Verizon store

Very bad customer service, manager not willing to help do a simple request tells you to just call customer service. Told me to leave the store while making a remark while leaving.

Poorly managed, the front clerk girl (Alisa or Alisha ) had bad customer service, gave me bad information, refused to help me by claiming she spoke with her managers and the only help I would be able to get is by calling the customer service line.
