Skip this verizon at all costs. Their customer service is absolutely crap and there's never anything they can do to help... Especially from JJ who did literally nothing but tap two buttons on his tablet, and refused to get me a manager because he knew how disgusting he was being was not ok.
As for the employee who did let me know the managers name Myra, you need to retrain your employees on customer service. I've been a verizon customer for over 20 years, never have I been treated by one of the employees so disgustingly. (I'm also in customer service industry. I KNOW THATS NOT OK)

Verizon is a scamming company they over charge don't do as they promise, don't fix problems as promised by Verizon, they add stuff like phone insurance w out your concent , the will not reimburse you at all even when it's their fault

3rd Update approximately 2 weeks later. We were told when we got all our accts transferred over to return to the store to deactivate an old line and turn in our old device. Well I try & immediately the manager (Maria) with her snarky ass response states “we don’t do that you must call customer service.” No help whatsoever, not shocking since all she’s been doing every time we’re in there is standing around chumming it up with her male employees! Why tf did not ONE but TWO associates instruct us to do it this way?! Honestly Verizon you better do something with the management at this store bc they’re about to lose you customers just based on your ratings and reviews. It’s also interesting how you respond to the reviews to fill out forms with ZERO follow-up! The customer service all around is an absolute disgrace!
Update one day later: We return to get the phones we should've received yesterday and now they don't even have the phones we want. Oh but "you can wait for today's shipment." So I ask "Are we guaranteed that there are any on todays shipment?" We're told "no." These people honestly were hoping we wouldn't ask if there were going to be any in todays shipment.
I'm not at all surprised by this stores reviews! Why has corporate not fired the management at this store? Mind blowing!!!!
First: I have a big issue with the availability and lack of support from the supervisors Maria & Martha when their employee was trying to troubleshoot an issue. I have an even bigger issue with Verizon corporation, when trying to upgrade our acct and it then taking 24hrs to upgrade in their system, but if we attempted to cancel the changes made it could take 3 days for the system to update. This wasted 3 hrs of my day in store (plus 1 hr 10 mins on the phone once I got home), and we left without the upgraded account and phones we were expecting to get. The whole reason for our visit today was because my teenage daughters phone completely died and had we known that upgrading our acct and phones would still leave my child without a phone I wouldn't have opted to go this route and I would have just upgraded her phone without changing our plan. There was no appropriate resolution, and no compensation was offered for my time wasted because of your doing and my unsatisfactory from all Verizon parties involved.

Hands down the worst verizon store. I'm standing here waiting for just a Sims card. 3 greeters, all doing nothing, 2 other staff members helping customers. How do you 5 staff members with only 2 actually working. No structure or system in place to help get people in and out. Poorly run store.

The person I picked up my order from at this location didn’t mark it as picked up so now I have to wait to get my Verizon home internet service set up and now it’s interfering with starting my services. Very unprofessional.

I have never been treated so much like trash.
This store has an absolute disregard for your time and your money.
It's like going to a wannabe high-end boutique in a Hollyweird movie set.
T-MOBLE will not do this to you!
Switching for a month was a 10 out of 10 mistake!

Service is horrible. Racist employees. They only prioritize Mexican speakers. It took two different visits. Separate days. Just to activate a new phone .pure incompetence by employees. Sloppy attire. White T-shirts and jeans wrinkled like a homeless street person worn by employees.

Good Lord can I give this place a ZERO !! Please don’t even go to this location there are busier than is necessary the staff is rude , they don’t say hello , hola nada they just look up from what they are doing and just have you standing against the wall . Horrible place customer service is not their specialty hence why I left and went elsewhere there are so many other places that treat existing and future customers with respect this place ain’t it! Bye👋

If you've stolen someones ID this is the place to go. They dont ask questions or verify drivers license or check their systems if an account is already opened with them.
edit: tried to contact store multiple times with the help of a verizon customer service. He said they weren't picking up.
Management doesn't want to take responisbility or help improve their system and training

Terrible service, no effort from the manager, lazy lazy lazy!
My business gateway modem went out, causing my business to be down, no internet no phones. Verizon told me to go into a store for the fastest replacement. When arrived, lack of care from management, she wouldn't help me, gave me zero solutions, could careless.
The location off Northern and 91st not only helped had empathy for my situation and put a lot of effort into a solution.
