If I could give zero stars I would. This is the slowest pharmacy ever and they are never staffed right. I worked as a pharm tech at walgreens and it was never that bad.

Pharmacy staff are so rude, they seem to really hate their job. No customer service whatsoever! It’s ridiculous. They either never answer the phone or hang up the phone while being on hold. When in drive through your waiting almost 20 minutes before someone helps you. I understand some days are busier than others but the attitude is very uncalled for especially when dealing with people’s medication needed for their health. It’s sickening and disgusting the attitude I received when asking if my 9 month old twins medication is ready for their double ear infections. Shame on the lady who answered the phone call.

I ordered online and they canceled 2 things so I decided not to pick up. Someone their submitted I picked up and I got charged for it. All they did when I called is say they will refund me because they can't cancel it no more since someone working their must have accidently put that I picked up. I hope to see my money back on my card soon I don't understand how you can accidently say someone picked up. I also had to call 3 different time because no one would pick up the phone.

I work at a pediatrics office & called to follow up on a patient with the pharmacy & the pharmacist Amanda was so rude! Not helpful at all & had such a rude tone & sounded irritated. Do better.

many of the pharmacy staff are extremely rude and even cancel prescriptions without any warning or messaging of any kind. completely unacceptable. for months now they have made me wait more than a week after the refill period to get vital seizure medication causing me many difficulties, if you can get your medication somewhere else I highly recommend doing that asap.

I use the location at 1451 N Dysart Rd Avondale, AZ. My dr prescribed me a freestyle Libre because my sugar levels have been going high because of steroid injections I have to use. This is easier for me to see my sugar levels regularly. I saw my order pending and walgreens took it upon themselves to cancel my order because of the high copay price. Why would you assume the patient can't afford it and cancel it? I needed this because I can go into a diabetic shock. Now when I called today they told me they would reorder it but now I have to wait another day to get it which I will be out of town. The pharmacist laughed when I asked why they didn't call me before canceling it? She said because that would be too many people to call. So you would be ok with the person dying canceling a med because you feel they can't afford it? Why not give the patient the price and let them choose??? This is beyond unacceptable!!
