The pharmacy seems to always be understaffed with a large line of people, however, the employees manage the obviously stressful situations well. They probably don't get paid enough.

I went here to buy a phone charger and asked the nearest employee for help unlocking the item so I could purchase and the employee that I asked named AVA completely dismissed me and told me to push the customer service button for help. She is the most lazy and rudest employee I've ever encountered in any place of business. I can't even believe she works at this place. And then she gets in a checkout line and is on her phone the entire time just being ignorant. If you are still wearing a Walgreens shirt, you should be helping people, even if you're off the clock and leaving. Don't pawn your lack of work ethic and your laziness off on your coworkers and make it tough on them because you wanna be worthless. I can't believe my experience here, and will never go back again. Ava, I seriously hope you find your work ethic and customer service, if you even know what that is. You are the worst employee walgreens has ever employed.

Rhonda is super rude discriminating against my ID. I shop at the same Walgreens regularly that I live next door. Definitely is my last. Made me feel so uncomfortable.

Don't use this pharmacy, every month I have issues with the same refills and now time sensitive medicine isn't being filled on time. Will not use this pharmacy again.

Omg this pharmacy is full of unprofessionals!they don’t respect the people's lives or time!!they told me to come back after 3 hours and they still couldn’t have my meds or somehow it’s out of stock because it happened to me twice after waiting so long!if u don’t need to be upset don’t bother to go on this location!Is horrible

The pharmacy techs and workers seem as if they are too busy to truly help you, with a bit of a rude attitude. When attempting to purchase something from behind the counter, asking questions about what the boxes say, they seemed too bothered to get the box and fully answer our questions. Am very likely to move prescriptions to another location or even another chain of pharmacies, just because of the bad experience I had at this location.
Update 6/24/24 - Because I decided to give them another chance, that was proven as a bad idea. They "lost" my prescription today, which is so very concerning. That is the last thing a customer wants to hear. I have now filed a formal complaint with Walgreens corporate.

If you can’t return an item tell the guest every time and make sure they are receiving the item they asked for. I am now stuck with 2 packs of cigarettes I do not want. Please educate your staff.

Employees should be maintaining their situational awareness. If you are doing inventory on a display, and someone is trying to look at the display, don't continue to stand in front of the display with your earbuds in and ignore the customer , then huff as if inconvenienced when they ask to look at an item.

I like this pharmacy. There always good to me . And always make sure I have medicine needed . The staff is great . I give 5 stars . I don't understand the some lower stars . But I am very satisfied with there pharmacy and store .

File an official complaint with the arizona board of pharmacy. It's the only way these dregs at Walgreens actually addressed my concern.

Pharmacy is by far the worst I've had to deal with they don't acknowledge their customers, are very rude..... I would recommend making the effort to go to neighboring walgreens or frys or cvs
