File an official complaint with the arizona board of pharmacy. It's the only way these dregs at Walgreens actually addressed my concern.

Pharmacy is by far the worst I've had to deal with they don't acknowledge their customers, are very rude..... I would recommend making the effort to go to neighboring walgreens or frys or cvs

Could it be that this company doesn't care about the negative reviews, the delay is long, the customer service is bad, 30 minutes discussing insurance policies with a client and a long line of people.

The pharmacy at this location is so incompetent it is laughable. The store staff has steadily gotten worse over the 15 years we've used this store. We will be switching everything to CVS. It is a shame. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your drugstore needs.

The pharmacy just filled a brand new patients first time insulin with instructions but didnt bother to include needles now the patient is without insulin until the pharmacy opens..

If I could give Walgreens zero stars I would. I usually go to CVS, but the antibiotic I need was out of stock. So I called Walgreens and verified they had the antibiotic in stock. So I asked the tech if they could have the script transfered. I was told yes by the tech. I asked the tech if she needed my insurance information and she said I had to bring the card to the drive thru window and would not take it over the phone. So I waited a few hours , figuring it takes time to get this done. When I called back I was told they were waiting for CVS. I called CVS and was told the script was transfered via phone to Sandy at Walgreens a couple of hours before I called. I called Walgreens back and was still told they do not have the script. Meanwhile my bladder infection is getting worse. This is the worse service have ever gotten from a pharmacy. This is also dangerous to patient care.

Worst pharmacy,I called ahead twice to confirm the prescription would be filled after it was called in. I confirmed it multiple times .drove 2 1/2 hours only to be told it hadn't been started to be filled and then it up waiting another hour-and-a-half for a 30 pill prescriptionto be filled. Staff does not care at all.Head pharmacist a joke of employee.Sad sad ad

So I had to make a stop in at this location.. on Christmas day. I am so happy I did.. the gentleman that helped me was so very nice and caring.. the lady that checked me out was also very nice... I for 1 love how nice and helpful they were im sorry it was a bit to hectic to get names.. I was told ... So again THANK YOU for the help.

The service at this store is the worst . The cashier was really rude and racist. he wanted me to wait on line more than everyone else just because he thought we tried to cut the line. I didn't want to argue and just leave my stuff and go to CVS close by. I don't like to argue and my son has extremely anxiety attacks that's why he gets distracted easily.

Andrea is very rude and unprofessional! She addresses customers (who pays her low hourly wage) in a rude manner! My girlfriend was next in line when Andrea proceeded to take another customer. My girlfriend simply said she was next and Andrea rudely said “people have no patience” and continued to provide rude customer service and even threw my girlfriend’s money on the floor. I then called to speak with a manager and she answered. I asked who I was speaking with and her response was “You just left the store you don’t know my name”. Walgreens is usually great, they’re even my pharmacy. But this whole situation needs to be rectified immediately. I will no longer spend my money in a store where the employees are half trained and lack basic customer service skills! I ended up speaking with Caleb who was very helpful. I will be calling back tomorrow and filing a formal complaint and hopefully the situation is dealt with appropriately. You will loose on out on my business (and I’m sure others) if you continue to employ these unprofessional, incompetent employees.

Just went to this location after driving an hour on the freeway because my daughter had to pee. Bad enough that she was crying and bit her lip so hard it was bleeding. Men and women’s bathroom were both “out of service” and lady said we couldn’t use the employee bathroom. My 4 year old ended up peeing in her seat. How can you guys not have a bathroom?? That is the most ridiculous thing. And why if there’s an employee bathroom could my daughter not use that??? There really isn’t anywhere to stop and should of just continued home but she was crying and this Walgreens was closer than home. I will be contacting corporate office later today. Not having bathrooms available to anyone is not okay.

I have never heard of so many excuses from a wallgreens employee when making a return. I had a receipt and it was within the 30 days. Walgreens at 107th ave and McDowell rd. In Avondale az.
