Worst pharmacy, every time they delay the prescription pick up even if you call them ahead of time. Today I called them 3 times and finally I went to pick up the meds, the pharmacist says come back in an hour it’s not ready yet . This is not the first time, anyways I will change my pharmacy. I wish I could give them zero star.

Pharmacy...I was told 10-15 min wait, do I want to wait, I said yes ill wait right here. (Last contact before I sat down in seating area). *not busier than normal, and a customer should NEVER have to reapproch the counter to be updated on wait time*Btw I waited over 30 minutes. Got up and left because i had to pu my daughter. Now since I work til 6pm sat & Sun, now I can't pu my script until Mon night! 3 days/72 hrs after I should have left with it. I've lived awhile and know this shouldn't happen.

I want to say that , the cashier tan good girl Carmen ? or Carmone is so attentive she is on her game . She came straight to me to ask me if I needed anything . I wasn’t sure how to describe it and she knew instantly . I’ve been visiting for several months always seeing her , she works amazing . I don’t understand why they let customers be rude . Without your workers , there’s no clean store , without a clean store or hardworking employees there’s no clients so treat your workers with respect .

Went to speak with pharmacist over a concern with my daughter's medicine. He was very pleasant but the redhead man before him was rude. He walked away as I'm still speaking, yelling "question for the pharmacist." No customer service skills whatsoever. Don't offer your help if you aren't willing to listen and kindly assist!!

Pharmacist Scott at the Avondale location(107th & Indian School Rd)is so caring and helpful. I have a very painful condition and take multiple medications and go through trial and error with other meds. Doctors don't always take the time to discuss meds, side effects etc etc but Scott has been patient with me and has taken the time to answer all my questions and never rushes me off the phone. Walgreens, please award this pharmacist in some way because he deserves to be recognized for being an outstanding employee and person in general. There are not many like this out there in my experience and I hope Walgreens appreciates him as much as me and my husband do.

Pharmacy is amazing they take your cc get your personal info name pull your prescriptions efficiency at the max. Very satisfied customer drive thru.

The customer service reps are horrible, don't seem to want to assist customers. Thanked the cashier that did help me and reported the other didn't want to help, no response. Then the cashier gave me a snarky thank you, like "f" you. Never shopping at this location again.

After having a long day with three sick boys I came to this location where I was assisted by Scott and Reed. These two gentlemen went above and beyond to get me in and out of the pharmacy quickly, so that I could go home to my boys. Thank you both for doing such an amazing job! You are appreciated.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The organization and staff at the pharmacy is severely in need of assistance, this cannot be directed at the non pharmacy staff. If I arrive at opening, I've waited up to 45 minutes. Had to confirm again that the drive thru was open. Staff avoided eye contact, as a disabled person and seeing other disabled individual forced to stand until some eventually left. When I addressed these issues it was completely disregarded, by then I had to take nausea meds, even with ear protection in, rushing home to take my meds for my sensory overload.Had I known the drive thru was open, instead of randomly being closed that would be great. I understand being in these positions can be stressful, but it's on the company to provide adequate staff. If you do not have enough for drive thru, do not open it.I'd rather know it was closed, than be ignored waiting for 30 minutes and I was 3rd in line. The person before me also waited and had a cane. Get it together Walgreens, I'm embarrassed to be a former employee. Give eye contact, acknowledgement when possible, do not ignore a large line of people and pretend we are not there. I was late to work, this is absolutely ? nonsense. Contact me if you need an audit.
