I don’t know how this photo center has over 3 stars. Every single time I order from there, there is a problem. Last time they said my order was ready they said they hadn’t cut them, so I shopped for two hours and they still hadn’t done it. They never give enough envelops. This time the employee basically said it wasn’t his problem that he cut part of our invitations off and wouldn’t help us. I’m never using this service again. This is the 3rd or 4th time they have made a mistake like this. Their employees are lazy and not helpful. I needed to hand these invitations out to my sons class tomorrow and now they look tacky like a 2 year old was using the paper cutter. So much time was spent making these invitations, and it was a waste because these employees can’t do an order correctly.Thankfully Walmart.com actually cares about their customers and issued us a refund.

This Walmart is in desperate need of help. Tons of empty shelves, especially for cold juices and iced teas. Lots of lazy staff just standing around gabbing with each other while a couple of them should have been cleaning the men's restroom because it was FILTHY. Our cashier was extremely slow and the line had several people waiting on her. This is almost as bad as the Walmart I recently visited in Topeka, KS which was extremely poorly operated.

Why is the make up section closed at 7:30 pm when the store is still open? I came here to shop to buy some make-up, household items and some groceries. I abandoned my cart and the items in it when I went to the make up section and found it barricaded and chain up like Fort Knox. If part of the store is closed it is no longer a one stop shopping experience. Your store is crowded and chaotic. Your prices aren't that much better to endure the congestion, especially when I can't get all the items I need. I stopped shopping at Wal-Mart years ago. I prefer Target. I just started shopping at Wal-Mart again recently. This sealed the deal. I'm out. I want shop where I'm treated with respect.

Absolutely the worst service ever. I knew not to go to Walmart. But I did. And it was I course a miserable experience. I order photo cards for 1 hour pick up. But don't go til the windy day. The man at the photo comes back and says they aren't done because the machines hasn't worked for three days, and then just walked away from me. So someone comes by and I ask her. She tells me to the same thing. I ask, why would t call your customers that placed orders so they know not to waste their time coming in. He literally looked at me, shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Wtf is wrong with the people you hire? Better they what's wrong with the idiots that do the hiring. Thank f I ran this store I would be embarrassed on a daily basis. Apparently good Taney is really hard to find at all levels.

Over the phone customer service was extremely rude asked if I could speak to someone in the grill department about a particular grill and the lady said "no you just have to come in..." my thoughts are with the covid-19 going on right now me being pregnant and they're only allowing a certain amount of ppl in the store at a time at this location and all I have is a question why do I have to call a different location to find the answer to my question?

Not very customer service oriented.... was trying to return a gift from my baby shower and jumped through all the hoops they asked me for to bug the person that gave me the present only to tell me no at the end. The whole time the lady has an attitude and her manager was not any better. Very condescending and not trying to be helpful. When I asked do speak to Anas manager she claimed to be the highest ranking manager. Which is very surprising since she had such a horrible attitude.

It's sad that Walmart still allows people to hoard things during this COVID-19 outbreak. They clearly have signs stating limit 1 per person, especially toilet paper, which the self checkout girl confirmed, but then allowed people to buy multiple packs of said LIMIT PER 1 toilet paper and said it was OK, but took away groceries from people if they hit over the limit. How messed up is that? Won't be coming back to Walmart ever again. I can't support a store that doesn't enforce THEIR rules, and leaves the rest of the community empty handed.

I go to Walmart pharmacy for my insulin paraphernalia it is cheaper than any other places I've been to. $12 for a box of 100 syringes now you can't beat that with an ugly stick.
