Clown bank. Don’t ever open up a credit card, checking account, or get a loan from these guys. They’re shady crooks. Obviously Wells has a documented history of doing shady things so none of this should be surprising. Stay away from Wells Fargo.

This has to the worst Wells Fargo in customer service. Why is it all the new employees act like we owe the Bank? I walked away from the teller and used the ATM instead to deposit. When asking about any fees for using another bank I'm told oh you are looking for advance funds we don't do that .. Please hire employees that understand there job or train them!

Horrible bank. I used their banking services a few years back. They were literally stealing from their customers with overdraft fees. They eventually were sued in a class action lawsuit. I recovered some of my money back and closed my account. Today I was shopping at frys and went up to the teller asking if I could get some bills in a larger currency. Immediately the teller says " we can't do that unless you are a customer ". I will never be a customer nor will I ever recommend anyone use Wells Fargo.

It puts people in a bind when branches close before posted times. When its posted it needs to stay open not close early

Worst experience ever. First it was identity theft and someone opening an account under my name. Next after opening an account and getting cashier's checks numerous times with no fee, all of a sudden it was a 10 dollar fee to get one and 5 for a money order. Next it was address confirmation and finally after a card error, they can only do it once and must go to the atm. Oh and to close an account. You cant even do it while you are there. You MUST call. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please find better ways to serve clients without sending them all over the place. If you like having your time wasted, go elsewhere. Better yet. Run!

I'm here opening up an account they took me in on a short notice. Mr juvenal is giving me amazing help with all my requests, I really appreciate I been a client here at this wells Fargo for at least 5 years .

Great Customer Service This location is one of my favorites. The customer service is really very good. I had to stop by Wells Fargo to get some cash for a birthday present for my nephew. I wanted some crisp new bills and that's exactly what I got. So nice that they actually took the time to accomdate my request. Great place for all your banking needs.

It’s ridiculous the amount of time you need to wait for a merchant deposit. Everyone one else with regular accounts came and went. But for merchant lane it took like a good 45 minutes with none one line but me and one person on the window ?

Absolute TRASH location. Slow tellers, and an ATM that rarely works properly, forcing patrons to go 4 miles out of the way to make deposits. This location has been a repeated nightmare on numerous occasions and usually results in me having to go AFTER HOURS to a SHADY location to deposit cash.

I just had great service with Shay as a notary at this location. It's a busy Saturday and my own bank locked the doors on me and wouldn't help me. After trying several places we found Shay, she offered us a drink and helped us with all of our paperwork at no charge. All I can say is Bravo to this hard working sweet young lady!!! Thank You! I will refer all to this location! 5's
