The drive-through had a sign that said it was only open for mobile order pickups due to low staff. We put the order in, and they just pretended they didn't have it for maybe 10 minutes. Spoke to us through the window multiple times about it, then said we have to come inside because the drive-through is closed. Even though it's advertised as 24hr drive through. The place was F-ING COLD! Felt like we were in a walk-in fridge. Then they still took at least another 15 minutes to make our food. This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to.

Went to the restaurant and a manager went into the mens bathroom and came out without washing his hands, with a customer being right behind him.

Came in 10 mins nutes BEFORE breakfast was supposed end. One person in line before me. The cashier messed his order up so bad it took her 5 minutes to correct, she then forgot to add an item. Took another 3mins. When I attempted to order they said breakfast was over even though I was right behind the guy and she saw me AND there was 2 minutes left. Ask for a manager. Todd came out said no way. He called another manager, Sondra, who came out and said the same thing. I said ok. Took a photo of them and took their names for corporate. They told me I could not do that and I had to delete the photo. I told them, just like breakfast , I couldn't do that and to learn the law. Rude people. I told them I understood mistakes happen and was being very patient but they were not. Save yourself a headache

Do t come here if your on a lunch break service sucks they don't even come to the counter u just stand there and they look at u stupid. Most people who show up at noon have 30 minutes on their lunch break and your workers want to hide in the back and avoid them for 20 minutes so they don't have to cook them food. Your loss I'll never return neither will my crew of 15 guys. We will go to where you can actually get service!!! Avoid this place like the plague

Jaysean at the drive thru has exceptional customer service! He was very polite and upbeat. He took our order quickly and had a great attitude.

They've missed an item the last 3 times I've ordered. A burger and two drinks. It's getting to the point I don't trust ordering there at all. Also they never put any sauces in with the Nuggets. It's kinda crazy. I enjoy the food here when it actually comes but it's rare I get everything I order.

OKI do not understand it. I'm going to win over USA. Anna for the most part, I always get the same thing. I get a big deal and most of all the Wendy's. You can actually upgrade your BED o anyway. You want to, but another ones you can't, so how does work?

If I wanted to listen to rap music blasting and watch the employees behind the counter throwing trash into the trash can like they are playing basketball I would've gone to a basketball game!! CLEAN UP YOUR ACT, MANAGEMENT! YOUR RUNNING A BUSINESS NOT A FREAKING CIRCUS! I HAD TO LEAVE BEFORE FINISHING MY MEAL THE MUSIC WAS SO DAM LOUD! I will walk somewhere else before spending my money here again.
