“Engine light came on in my new (to me) 2007 Hummer H3. I was quite aways away from home, and googled the nearest auto parts store, which gladly turned out to be O'Reilly's. I was assisted quickly and professionally by the store manager who ran an OBD scan on the vehicle. What made this totally awesome was the unexpected printout with handwritten notes explaining the possible issues and parts that may be affected. Turns out I should have popped the hood. I was working on some new headlights the next day when I noticed the air filter cover hadn't been secured well by the dealership during a routine visit. Once secured, the engine light disappeared. Yay! Thanks to the great service at O'Reilly's for making my trip home unstressful as none of the original issue possibilities listed in the scan report were dangerous. I have been a customer for years Love them even more now!”
